I’m undergoing a removal and lift in 3 week as your post gave me hope as I am scared of the outcome. I currently have 10 y.o. 420 cc saline implants and am so done with them! How do you feel after removing them?

Hey! Looking good. It's a wonderful thing when the bruising subsides right? What kind of tape are you using? I asked about using tape but my Dr said since I have sensitivities and contact dermatitis issues the Biocorneum silicone cream would be best. I massage it on twice daily and give the scars a good massage in the shower. I'm thinking you should be super pleased with your results. I didn't scroll up to see. What size were you before implants? You look like you have super nice volume without the implants. I hope the emotional aspect has been easy for you. That was the hard part for me. I looked horrible for six months after explant. I started looking a bit better when I gained 8 lbs toward the end but I wasn't sacrificing 25 years of working out to try to salvage some Brest fullness. I've actually lost 5 now from my pre explant weight plus the weight of my implants. I think there may be something to getting them out and weight loss. It didn't happen with getting them out - only after my lift and this surgeon cleaned out the scar tissue and capsule (that dr 1 assured me he removed).
Anyways! O wanted to stop by and tell you - you're looking so fabulous. Only healthier and better from here!!

I am using just 3M tape. Recommended by my surgeon. I haven't had any allergy to it at all. Emotionally, I have not had any issues except that I wasn't thrilled that one was bigger, but no one is perfect. My boobs look good and my nipples are where they belong so all in all I am really happy. I lost a few pounds ontop of my boob weight so that was nice. I dont have fullness in my upper pole but that is why people get implants. But all my clothes fit better and since I am only 5'3" 104lbs my new B cups are perfect for me. I don't have to carry those heavy things around which is nice because I hike and shoot with a zoom lens a lot.

Well congrats! Sending you hugs! I hope your healing continues to go smoothly. You'll continue to shrink for a while. I bet you'll end up more even than you think!

Hi there - this is so helpful for me. I'm taking my implants out and lifting. My first surgeon was so disappointing. It's been 3 years and I'm just fed up with the work he did. Your posting has been exceptionally helpful - thank you so much.
