No Go on BA
I've decided not to pursue a BA at this time. Will revisit the procedure again probably in another 5 years or so...evaluate where I am in life and see what advancements have been made in the world of breast implants. Thought you would be interested in why I made my decision.
1. My baby has been sick recently and the thought of going even a day during recovery without being able to pick her up when she cries for me seems too unbearable.
2. There are still too many unknowns about safety. I read a lot of stories of people getting mystery symptoms and illnesses. They are continually researching breast implant safety so i wonder what they will know after another five years of study.
All the best to you who have decided to take the journey. I will live vicariously through you in the meantime. Lol! Such wonderful results and stories.

Selecting a surgeon
More important to me than implant type or number of cc's is that the surgeon be able to choose the right size breast implants for my body type. Something natural looking for sure. I have three Denver doctors in mind for consultations. I don't want to go to more than three if possible. At this point I just want more information and to find out what are realistic results for me. The surgeon who's work I admire most and who's at the top of my list is...
1. Dr. John Squires
2. Dr. Steven Vath
3. Dr. Christine Rogers
I was told that Dr. Squires will spend 1.5 hours with me during the initial consultation and I'll be able to try on rice sizers while I'm there. If any of you ladies have been to one of these three or have a different surgeon in Colorado that you have a strong opinion of please feel free to contact me with your story. :-)
One last thing to mention, taking the chance that I may sound a little crazy... I don't know if it's just me being more aware of my breasts while researching BA's, but whenever I'm on here I find my breasts talking to me. I'll get a twinge of pain or a dull aching sensation in them. I told my husband and he just laughed but I can also swear that they have grown slightly since finding this site. I guess I'm Just feeling for all of you post op girls who are in pain. Happy healing to all of you.

Hi! I used to reside in Denver, well Littleton and I have a girlfriend who had a BA two years ago there in Denver and hers look amazing! I'm getting mine done this coming Oct and after a year of research I still have so many questions. I think finding a surgeon who you feel comfortable with and you can trust than you have to just let go ya know? Trust that their experience will get you the results you want.
