New Realistic Wishes
This gal is on RealSelf (hope she doesn't mind) and used the same surgeon and I'm in love with these. She has almost identical stats just a bit less volume drooping, and used same implant size I like during first consult. We shall see.....
Had my consult
Had my consult with Dr. Vath. Looking at my "wish" pictures, I think I was a bit delusional about what could be done with what I am working with. I was told a lift is necessary. If it is what is needed to look better in the end, I'm happy to have one done. It does change the pictures I am looking at. I actually found a patient on this website of the same surgeon, and her results are absolutely perfect in my opinion. Are stats are similar and our before's are pretty similar. I liked this surgeon so much I canceled my other consults. He told me I needed a lift before ever seeing my breasts. Asked me if I had a fold and could a pencil be held under my breast (uh, like three pencils) and that if this was the case I would need a lift. He doesn't beat around the bush, he's nice and respectful but certainly isn't selling something he cannot deliver. Will try and schedule my surgery in the next few weeks and then the waiting game. Thinking high 300's silicone unders. If anyone in the greater Denver area needs a place to start for consults, I would highly recommend Dr. Vath's practice and just Google review him, pretty much the best you find and overall highly regarded from his patients.
