Hello ladies,
I've been looking at RealSelf for quite awhile now. The site has really helped me out a lot so I wanted to do the same for others. I have been think about a breast augmentation since I was about 16 and realized my boobs went coming in, I know it's really young to consider something like this. I am a pretty pittete person at around 5'4" and 105lbs. I wear 32A/32AA and I would like to be a large B/small C.
When I had my first consult with the Doctor that I chose (I met with two different doctors) he recamended a 230cc silicone implant. But after trying on rice sizes and thinking about losing some volume under the muscle I'm thinking I want to do 250cc. Most people want to be on the larger side and my fear is being too large and looking fake and not proportionate.
I'm getting my surgery on December 29, 2015 and I can not wait! I hope that I can help out and ask you ladies some questions as well! Yay boobies!

Less than 6 weeks until boobies
My pre-op is coming up on December 14th and I just am getting so excited. My family keeps asking me if I'm getting nervous and as of right now I'm not. I'm sure I will as it gets closer. I did read a few "not worth it" profiles and they kind of freaked me out. But they mainly seemed to be girls who rushed into it or did it for the wrong reasons. I think I have realistic expectations and I'm not too worried.
I though I would upload some full body shots to get an idea if what I'm working with... Or not working with lol.

Have you decided on a size? I'm your height but about 10 lbs heavier than you are and I have the same goals! I don't want to be much larger than a small C.

Not officially yet. I have my pre-op on the Dec 14th so I'll try on more sizers and I'm going to bring a few tops to get an idea. I have done rice sizers at home and like the way 230cc looks but I'm nervous I'll lose some of that volume under the muscle, so maybe more like a 250cc implant? I'll update again when I've had my pre-op and we've officially decided on my size. Thanks for reading my profile, it means a lot!

I'm 5'5" 110# with a very narrow BWD so I had to get high profile because of my narrow chest measurement. I got 275cc's high profile unders on the 4th. They are starting to settle and are very in proportion to my small frame. They seem big undressed, but in clothing, no one who doesn't know I had the surgery has noticed. I'm really pleased and glad I didn't go any smaller. Good luck at your pre op and you can check out my review if you want to see how that size looks on a small frame. From what I've seen reading reviews, on a thin frame a little can go a long way!

I know you commented on my review a couple weeks ago and wanted to stay updated. You may have seen it already but I did upload my 3D images of 300 cc's on me if you wanted to check that out! We are very similar in stats so it might give you an idea of what that could look like. I am also looking forward to seeing your results since you are getting yours so close to when I'm getting mine. My Pre-Op
Hello ladies! My pre-op was yesterday morning and I thought I'd give you all an update. I first met with my nurse/coordinater lady and she just gave me all kinds of info on the day of and the days after. She also gave me a bag of goodies including my meds, soap, body wipes, and some other stuff. Then I met with my doctor and he measured my chest again and thought a 240cc would look better than the 230cc (which was his original sugestuion). We compared 240cc and 280cc because those are the options that are best for my sized chest. He said he thinks the 240 I would be happy with and would look best on me. I think I will be happy with that too and I hope I don't regret not taking everyone's advice to go with the bigger size. Has anyone regretted getting the bigger size? Or been happy that they went with the small of the choices?
We also changed the profile to high profile because me chest is very narrow and we don't want much side boob. I also paid for everything yesterday and I don't feel as panicked about it as I thought I would, so that's good lol. So the big day is just 2 weeks away and I just can't believe it's actually going to happen. I was getting really nervous but after my pre-op I'm feeling excited again!

Hi! We are having surgery the same week I'm on the 31st! Good luck! What surgeon are you going with? I used to live in denver and I have a few friends who want this procedure done as well so I would like to recommend them to someone!

Whoops sorry that sent too soon. It's Slenkovich in Littleton. He seems really great and so far I would recommend him. I'll let you know how they turn out so we know for sure, but I think he does great work! Good luck to you too!

I was originally wanting 260-275. My doctor ended up going with 240 to match the pictures I brought in. I'm one day post op right now and they are HUGE because of the swelling. I'm so glad he didn't go any bigger than what he did. I'm absolutely in love with my results.

I was looking at your results and they already are looking so good! That's exactly how I'm hopeing to look after surgery. I think your end results will be awesome.

I am 5'1" - About 100lbs....I have a petite frame and started with almost no boobs at all. I went with 234 cc and I'm a 32/34 C (depends on the bra) I fallout all my same tops and bikini nicely. I am soooooo happy with my size. I felt flat the first week post op....I guess the swelling and bandages weren't helping....But after that my boobs just blossomed. I LOVE THEM. I don;t feel top heavy and I still look well proportioned. No-one even knows they're implants....I always wore push up padded bras so now I look the same way without the work. It's amazing!! Wearing a sports bra without a padded bra underneath is the best feeling ever at the gym. I wear all T-shirt bras with a light lining. Life is so much better. Sending good vibes your way!! :)

Thank you so much for your comment! My goal is to feel comfortable in Tshirt bras and sports bras. My surgery is tomorrow morning so I will update you all when I get home!

I am getting 240 CCs on Jan 7. I think your computer graphic photo is exactly the size I would love! I just want to point out that the photos you have as your wish boobs look bigger than your computer graphic photo. Maybe because you're so tiny (your body frame) that the Dr suggested smaller CCs than the wish boob photos, and you will achieve that same look?
I know many women here regret getting too small and I have seen a couple women here regret too big.
Ba_Mtl is a 22 year old on RS, who is regretting too big.
Just sayin. As for me, I want what your Dr is suggesting! A subtle increase that will make you love having a chest:)

I read that a lot of doctors won't give silicon to anyone under 22, did you experience any issues with finding a doctor to do it? Or did your doctor seem hesitant to give them to you given your age?
