All I Wanted for Christmas
WORTH IT$8,000
Was my two front teeth... made with Zirconium and delivered in a hassle-free manner. So far so good with this dental staff and Dr. Jeffrey Redlinger. I have been to way too many dentists over the years and after leaving my favorite dentist in Irving, TX, Dr. Mikkilineni, I found myself at the mercy of a new dentist in Henderson that I was deeply disappointed with the process of getting two adjacent crowns on my back teeth. I'm not going to go into extensive detail on this as the office is now closed down and I don't want to mess up anyone's rep as they were nice enough people... seems as though management(?) didn't pay enough attention to it.
Dr. Redlinger is now my second dentist after moving to Henderson and has been tasked with replacing my front two teeth with dental crowns and doing some other dental crowns in the back. After a phenomenal cleaning by the staff at Sunset Dental (I'll add the hygienist's name once I find it) I decided to give the rest of my needed work a go. Oddly, this same office opened at shut-down the office I was at previously. They are nothing like that office, however, and I'm extremely satisfied so far. I have started the work on my two front teeth and am currently sitting in temporaries. The equipment at the office seems to be top notch and it's a fairly comfortable office.
I'll keep this updated as I continue my cosmetic and functional dentistry. This is where I will likely be doing all of my front teeth for a better aesthetic.
Stay tuned!

Two Front Teeth Installed!
I went with a whiter shade after some discussion with my wife. While at the lab a couple of weeks back I decided to go with BL3 coloring for my new teeth. After speaking with my wife, however, she encouraged me to go with the lighter BL2 since I was going to be doing the other teeth to my canines at a later date. I called back and requested they do BL2.
I will say, after getting them installed, that they definitely stand out quite a bit. I told my dentist that they looked like bunny rabbit teeth and both him and his assistant looked at me in horror. I stressed to them that they were more offended than me with that comment and that they looked for better than me looking like a rock-eater like before. We all agreed and he shaped up my side teeth a little to fix some chips and rough edges.
They feel great. I'm scared to break them since they're so perfect but I've been waiting to have some decent teeth since I was a kid.
In the next few weeks, I'll be doing a couple of lower left crowns, toward the back, as I have some fillings that are failing. I'll be sticking with Dr. Redlinger for the foreseeable future. In the coming months, I'll start working on the other front teeth so I can finish my smile. My insurance pitched in on the two front teeth since they were pretty damaged but I don't think that will be the case on the other 4 fronts.

Finished back two bottom left molars
Aside from lots of sensitivity and issues during the temporary period, the permanents have turned out great. These are my third and fourth zirconium crowns so far. Pictures coming. I also just started tooth 6, 7, 10, and 11 for a cosmetic aesthetic improvement. More to follow soon as I sit in temps.
