Most Traumatizing Horrible Job

Most Traumatizing Horrible Job, Worst Experience Ever & Ripped Me Off! DO NOT GO. If I Could Give a Zero,
*Paid for procedures that weren't completed and have not been refunded yet after 3 months! *I was sold one thing and another was done instead. *I asked for things to not be done to my teeth as per my request and my orthodontist request, and they did it. *I was not able to get an itemized bill when discrepancies came up on their billing and them not being truthful, even after over 3 hours I could not get a detailed invoice! *The work they did on my mouth caused major issues and had to be emergency remediated by a dentist in Lebanaon which resulted in work being undone that Turkeyana did. *The mouth guard was done wrong & ended up causing a gap which I had to get replaced once I got back to Canada!
Braces just removed and was having all the planned dental work from Canada be done in Turkey. I requested to have all my back crowns updated/replaced to new crowns. My remaining molars to make them individual crowns also 7 crowns updated + 5 molars turned into crowns 12 CROWNS total. They advised 4 of the 5 molar teeth need root canals done 4 root canals. They also were suppose to do 2 implants on an area I was missing teeth but said the area cannot support it and will do a floating/bridge molar on the bottom back teeth on each side. My front upper teeth were to be bonded to make them match my crowns color and also make them a bit longer and straight at the bottoms. With correcting one of the gums on the tooth so its all even. It was very well known they are NOT to shave my front upper teeth down at all, and are to only extend them. I also was to get teeth whitening so everything matched in color in the end, and replace my upper/lower mouth guard to new.
1)Anesthesia administration was horrible, and painful in technique. I was asking for more freezing a couple times which the dentist was not responsive to me asking until I jumped in pain. Which he replied don't move!
2) Removing my crowns he used a mini hammer and tried to hammer them out, until I stopped him cause and told him he's going to break my teeth and reminded him I have missing teeth due to roots breaking. He switched to a different device that worked. A large sharp piece of a crown was flung down my throat and swallowed.
3) My gums were extremely cut up from the crown removal. I was on antibiotics instantly and kept my mouth extremely clean, and could barely eat, but still developed a severe infection. They took a moulding for my teeth or mouth guard and had way to much of the plaster in it which went down my throat and hardened. I ended up choking on that...
4) The female dentist who did my root canals the next day was way better with her anaesthesia and was similar to dentist in Canada, US, and Lebanon. She advised me that she only needs to do 3 root canals and the 4th planned tooth doesn't need it. I questioned her on this as they told me how many teeth needed before I paid. She showed me on her screen which teeth and which tooth she was not doing which she showed 4.
5) Instead of getting 12 crowns +2 floating bridges. l got 4 bridges, horrible! This is not a replacement of what I had! This is not what I asked for! This is not what was paid for! This was never explained or informed that I will have 4 bridges. It was 12 CROWNS with 2 floating teeth/bridges. The bite was also extremely poor and the dentist did little to correct it but said it was correct.
6) Bonding, after my bridges were put in I asked if he's doing the bonding yet. Which the dentist said yes after he whitens the teeth he will. He whitened them and then started with his drill and said he was done. I asked him what about the bonding and he informed me bonding will just ruin my teeth as he has to put acid on them, and my teeth are very nice so he said no need for it and he just shaved the bottoms of my upper teeth to make the equal. This was exactly what I told him not to do, I was very clear the upper front teeth needed to be longer! Why did Turkeyana make me pay for bonding knowing I don't need it, and then worse, not refunding it. I asked why he didn't fix the one gum so its even and he said well you didn't pay for that!
7) I asked him if he could smooth a sharp edge on the bottom of one of the front teeth as not wearing. the night guard for the week I had a little chip/sharp area in the back of it. Which instead of making the back smooth, he grinded the top of the middle of the tooth down instead making an indent in the middle. Which now my dentist in Canada said it can only be fixed by bonding or Veneer!
8) After my procedure we waited to get my refund (refund for bonding, and the 1 root canal). Literally was a argument of over 3.5 hrs and the manager was horrible at her job and walked away from us in the end!. She ended up making 3 customers/patients who spend well over $20,000 US extremely angry. All of us could see the run around from Turkeyana and that they are trying to rip me off. We kept getting different reasons why they wont refund, different amounts that they will refund but didn't line up cause it didn't match our consultation (which is why we demanded a copy of the itemized bill - which they could not produce or create). Lying saying oh we did 6 root canals instead of 4 cause we saw extra roots that needed it. When thats not true, it was 4 teeth needing root canals that I paid for and only 3 having it done. Them not performing the gum correction on 1 tooth cause they feel I didnt pay for it shows you they aren't doing anything for free! It ended that the owner was on the phone with one of the other staff and the owner authorized the refund of $380 US. Which we were told will be refunded on our credit card in a couple weeks and it still has not been.,
9) While waiting for the refund I could notice the bottom bridges felt loose and felt weird. Within hours of leaving Turkeyana my left canine tooth broke due to the inaccurate new bite! My right side didn't touch and left over touching. Within only 4 days, the left floating bridges broke off due to the inaccuracy of Turkeyana. My gums were feeling way worse, and the oither side so lose feeling so I ended up going into a emergency dentist in Lebanon.
9) Lebanon dentist had to cut out the other floating bridge and said Turkeyana knowns better. She advised you cannot do a floating back molar and advised it will just ruin the teeth and also would be why it feels lose. Once she cut off the remaining floating bridge it was no longer loose feeling. She corrected my bite as much as she could but said it is so off that she is afraid to crack the left bridge to make it correct. However she was able to make it so all sides touch vs left teeth touch and right side doesnt. This dentist confirmed the bite being so off is what broke the bridge instantly as it also broke my canine tooth. The floating bridge that broke off was also attached to a molar Turkeyana advised they saw a lesson and to watch it as they don't have time to treat it! I asked if it was an abscess and told no. Unfortunately this was not accurate also. It was an abscess that the Lebanon dentist said Turkeyana should of either treated it or not touch it if they felt it had an issue. I was advised that with how much the gums were cut down on that tooth the infection / inflaming was to extreme. I ended up having to have that tooth extracted, and a bone graft due to the massive bone loss it caused! Lebanon Dentist said Turkeyana was also incorrect about my implants and ended up doing the 2 implants for me. Which my dentist in Canada confirmed the implants are done well and correct.
10) Within a week and a half I could notice I a gap forming between my front teeth! Which my dentist here in Canada advised the mouth guard is even done wrong. My dentist has remade the guard and it has closed the gap!
