Amazing - is the one word I would use to describe my experience with Austin Cosmetic Dentistry by Tejas Patel, DDS. Like many people with dental problems, I lacked confidence even to speak with a dentist about my teeth. I searched and consulted with a few of the well-known dental cosmetic practices in the Austin area, but I always came out of these consultations feeling a little judged and not sure if their recommendations were the right ones. Fast forward to my visit with Austin Cosmetic Dentistry by Tejas Patel where the first person I spoke with was Carmen which on my first appointment greeted me and made me feel as if we've been friends for years! She's such a sweet lady! This was a stark difference from other places. Second, I met with Kelly that with her "don't worry" attitude made me feel at ease, no judging just pure focus on me and reassurance that I was in the right place. She is one of the coolest people I've ever met! Love her vibe! Finally, I bet with the one and only Dr. Tejas Patel, killer name by the way. He has been the most respectful, kind and understanding throughout this experience. Between Kelly and him they have made me feel so comfortable and explained the process thoroughly. All I remember thinking during my first visit was “I found it, this is it!” I spent more than a decade looking for the right place. Let me help you make your decision - Dr. Patel, Kelly, and Carmen are who you need. Thank you, guys! I will forever be grateful for my smile makeover!
