WORTH IT
You can see from both pictures they built my teeth back up and also filled in the gap. It has only been about 3 days since I've had them done. I'm hoping they will last as long as other peoples do if i look after them.

I will look to provide another update in so many years so people can see how I've got on with them, especially with being a massive grinder.

Cosmetic Bonding Well Worth It!

I grind my teeth alot so lost height top and bottom.
Did teeth whitening first, bonding was 4 weeks after whitening. I went for B1. Any lighter they'll look fake. In dentist for 1 day then home trays to maintain for 2 weeks. I placed in half hour each day after dinner. I religiously stuck to it so no teas, coffees, curry...anything that would stain my teeth i kept away from. First days were hard with caffine withdrawal but headache soon goes.
They built them back up top and bottom, and closed the gap in my front teeth.
Highly recommend separate sessions. I tried to get it all done in one session and my bottom lip massively swelled up due to the pressure of what they used. They thought it was a reaction but was just the pressure so don't be alarmed if your lip swells up it will go down in a day. The dentists more than look after you making sure your okay incase it is a reaction, so your in safe hands.
Hard to get used to, thought they looked fake at first and mouth felt out but mouth quickly adjusts after a day. Had a lisp which quickly disappeared after a few days.
Absolutely love them. I had the groove in the teeth. I did not smooth them out as wanted them to look natural. Highly Recommend.

Estimated cost?
I paid £500 for the teeth whitening and £2500 in total. They wanted to charge around £3000 but as I was hesitant with the price they agreed to do a deal. Had top and bottom done, 8 teeth top and bottom. Hope this helps :) still have no regrets :)
Hi is everything ok? I have the same problem...
Hi I’m very well thank you you? I’m sorry I’m not sure what you mean? Do you mean with grinding? If you suffer with grinding your teeth I recommend getting a hard mouth shield from them, I only use the top tray as find two trays is abit too much, I chipped my bottom tooth so they redid that foc as it’s under guarantee and have had no issues since.
In regards to eating, the first couple of weeks or so is very weird. I would eat a burger with a knife and fork as felt if I bit through it I’d chip my teeth however that feeling has passed. I now eat everything from burgers to steak etc. I first struggled with the banana sweets that you get at a pick n mix but have them now no issues. I think you still need to be careful but I mean as you would with normal teeth. For example before having them done I wouldn’t try and open something with my teeth/mouth that sort of thing. The one thing I’ll say is the only regret I have is not saying something to my dentist sooner. I love my teeth and my smile and couldn’t imagine not having them now.
