In Denmark labiaplasty is not so common yet, which means that there are no plastic surgeons who ONLY specialises in labiaplasty. However I have found a plastic surgeon near my city, who has many years of experience within plastic surgery (one of the best in Denmark) and labiaplasty is his sixth popular operation, so I hope it is the right decision.
