I Wish I Could Turn Back Time

In December of 2015 I went to see Dr. Tzikas. I had saved my money for my birthday and I was so excited. I had heard great things about him. The day of the visit I felt very welcome. Dr. Tzikas suggested filler for my eyes and that’s what he did. I immediately started having a bad reaction. My eyes started to swell and they would uncontrollably tear and where very red and sore. I called the office and they told me to give it a little more time. Instead of getting better it got worse. I dealt with this for months. I did not leave my house for an entire year, I looked so awful. I spent countless days in Dr. Tzikas’s office literally in tears but I still had confidence and trusted that he would fix it. He did do a blethroplasy (under eyelid surgery) but unfortunately it did not work. That in it brought on another set of challenges. I started getting huge cysts in my incisions having to go back every couple of weeks to get steroid injections into my eyelids. This resulted in a permeant scare and the bags are still there considerably worse than when I originally stepped foot into his office in December 2015. I am not disputing that Dr. Tzikas is a talented DR. provided everything goes as planned but in the slight event that it does not, he has been unable to resolve the issue. After two years he told me that there was nothing else he could do and left me far worse off than before the original procedure. Now I will have to find a new DR. to fix this. So I paid $800 to look 10 years older (in my opinion), have bigger bags then before, pain and suffering and permeant scared. I am so disappointed in the outcome of this and that he would leave me looking like this. I gave the Dr. every opportunity to fix this before I posted this review.
