38 Yr Old Mom of 2 Boys. Full TT with abdominal repair, lipo and 305cc saline implants behind muscle

I am 5'3 and 120 lbs. Lost 110 lbs 8 years ago and never had boobs. Was always around a 34a. I always talked about getting a TT and implants and finally did it. On March 29th I got 305cc saline implants and a full tt with lipo on hip incision area. I am only 3 days post op so not sure how the final outcome will be at this point. So far I am happy with the results.

I am now starting to be able to stay awake for most of the day. Took a mini shower with my husbands assistance and finally saw myself without a binder or bra. I am still very swollen and bruised in my back from the lipo but I see the potential.

Today is day 4 post op and I am getting around well. I can get up and out of the recliner on my own. Still feel lots of pressure in breasts but no pain. Belly incision is tight and the lipo area that is bruised is the most painful. I still have not had a bowl movement and I am getting worried. I have taken stool softener and have been eating fiber since the surgery. My drain output is about 20cc per day on each one. I planned on returning to my desk job in 3 days but not sure yet if that will be possible.
