happy with my new butt - Delmont, PA

After saving my money,and gaining a extra 20lbs I scheduled my BBL with Dr. Francis Johns. He was wonderful! He took his time with me and answered ALL my questions. I had lipo done on my arms, inner and outer thighs,and my entire trunk front and back. I had 600cc fat injected into each cheek. Needless to say I was in A LOT of pain! The swelling is the worst. I am now 8 weeks post-op and still have a small amount. The first 4 weeks I was amazed with my butt and loved how the lipo looked. At 4 1/2 weeks I noticed my butt getting flat. I called Dr. Johns immediately. They had me come in that day. He said it looked that way cause the swelling had not gone down yet. By my 6 week check-up my butt almost looked the same as it did before surgery. I was so depressed. I went through all that pain and money for nothing. I went to my appointment in tears. After expressing my unhappiness with my results. He begins to tell me he will do whatever it takes to make me happy. He can fix whatever I want. At no charge to me! He told me to gain at least 4lbs(extra fat needed to be injected)and come see him on December 6th to schedule a revision. I hope it works this time. I'll post photos after my revision

I had my second surgery done Feb. 1st. It was same as before lipo on my arms, back,abdomen,inner and outer thighs. I had 600cc of fat injected into each buttock. My recovery is not as bad as it was the first time. Still have a lot of swelling and pain,but im so pleased with the results. Dr. Johns has been amazing. He has been so understanding and patient with me. He has done everything to make me happy including my surgery was free. Im going to post after pictures when im completely healed. So far it looks great
