Coming from the field of hospitality my motto has always been to go beyond guest’s expectation and that’s exactly what I received when I visited Dr. Ajay Kashyap at Medspa, Delhi. The staff at MedSpa is nothing less. They are praiseworthy! I truly have no words to express my gratitude to Dr. Ajay Kashyap and his team for their selfless way of serving each and every patient there. It’s as if Doc has created several “Florence Nightingales” at his MedSpa. Believe me,when I tell you that even the accounts department and reception staff are on their feet to help you, give support to an ailing patient, to the extent they will come to open the door when you come in and leave. This kind of devotion and sincerity towards their profession is something we all need to learn. I got to experience and a taste of hospitality at MedSpa and Nova Medical Centre where there were no expectations. Dr, Kashyap and his team went that extra mile to make me feel special, so much so that I want to visit them again even if it means just to stop by and say “Hi”.
