Full Face DEEP FX

i had full face deep FX done in december 2019 and currently have hyperpigmentation on my face and laser marks can also be seen . i am not sure how much longer i need to wait for these to go away or are these permanent ? in the past i have had laser treatments but never experiances such a longer downtime and so much hyper pigmentation. at the minute i am using SPF 50 protection throughout and using various hylauranic acid serums . has any one else had this kind of experiance and how to reverse the effect of this as this is quite frustrating for me.
