I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Chris Moss and his team.

I came to Dr Moss after extensive research — I don't make decisions like this lightly — and the experience exceeded every expectation I had. From the first consultation, the planning was meticulous, the communication was clear and honest, and at no point did I feel anything other than completely informed and completely safe.

The surgery itself was an eight-hour procedure. I was awake ten minutes after it finished, up and walking within the hour, and the nursing staff told me they had rarely seen anyone recover so smoothly. That is not luck — that is the result of world-class surgical technique and an anaesthetic and nursing team operating at the highest level.

The results were visible from day one. Even through the early swelling, the change was extraordinary. By day eleven, comparing my before photograph to the mirror was genuinely emotional — the neck, the jawline, the entire lower face transformed, and all of it looking natural rather than 'done'. Flawless work.

Equally important to me was the care around the surgery. Every member of the team — front of house, nursing, aftercare — was professional, warm, responsive and genuinely invested in how I was doing. Questions were answered thoroughly and promptly. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

Dr Moss is an exceptional surgeon supported by an exceptional team, and the standard of both the work and the service is truly world class. I could not be more pleased.
