Your results are amazing indeed. I was looking at having the same procedure.
Thank you it was worth everything the cost th time the healing I would do it again
You look amazing! I am so thrilled for you! I am right at six weeks post-op and devastated because my neck is so fat and saggy, and I'm praying it doesn't stay this way. I noticed you still had a good bit of swelling at four weeks and then you tightened up beautifully, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that my results will turn out as lovely as yours. Thank you so much for sharing your journey! :)
Thank you so much it is truly a journey be patient... I can tell you I had swelling for months even a small amount makes a difference too but or me the last 30 days the swelling is really residing and my skin is getting tighter I can feel under my jowls and chin like more definition. It's so cool... take a deep breath don't stress take lots of photos they will help you see the improvements along the way
I'm almost 1 yr post op and still looking bad... worse than pre surgery. I hope yours really does get better. This woman looks great. I wish my results could be like hers.

?I had an amazing experience with the staff and Dr. Jacono

I had an amazing experience with the staff and Dr. Jacono. I am no stranger to the cosmetic surgery world and also researching thoroughly. I did my homework for 2-3 years before made my choice. I am currently 4 months out I had a deep plane facelift temple left upper and lower eyes lip lift neck lift and smas lip lift. I love my results. It's a process of healing please be patient with your own healing.. My scars are non existent.... no lie. My results are natural and I look like me! I look amazing I look younger yes but not over pulled or fake. Dr. Jacono is a master skilled facial surgeon his years of experience and his passion to make you look the best for "you" is absolutely the reason I trusted my face to him. I must also stress I know he is very busy but when it was my turn he always gave me his complete professional attention. I would highly recommend him as your choice.

4 month update facelift /fillers?

Well first off I love how my face is looking. The swelling has really went down. I look natural like me not pulled or over tightened. I will post more pics. The scars are non existent wow. In the mornings my lower neck area swells but goes away throughout the day. Siting in the sun does cues me to swell and drinking wine too if more than a couple glasses. The massaging really helps. I can feel my face I do have a little numbing in the neck jaw area still. It’s amazing how you heal each week passing and yes with the swelling going down you begin to see your final results. One thing I did not think about was the actual age process which I have always known but I didn’t apply it to my face surgery. We deal with lax skin and droopy falling face as we age....but we deal with also volume loss. I can see now areas I will want fillers.. I can see now how the facelift corrects one element of aging but fat injections or fillers I think are needed or optimal results. I do not know how I missed hat concept honestly I though oh no more filler after my facelift but I was wrong. There is no way a surgery of cutting skin or even repositioning a fat pad gives you back volume...I will be getting fillers closer to my 6 month mark..funny thing to google it almost every plastic facial surgeons discuss the need for them still because of volume loss. Don’t let that discourage you ..think about it your volume loss begins in your twenties so if your surgery shaves off 15-20 years I know I begin my fillers in my late thirties and now most start I’m there twenties .... you still have to take all the right steps after your surgery to maintain your youthfulness ... I hope this helps anyone considering the surgery it’s worth it

Was fat grafting ever offered to by the doctor to address the volume loss in your face?
At the time of surgery the morning of we discussed fat going in on the temples I opted out because in the past I would always get fillers in the area once a year .. I have read that fat injections are only are not the great because you loose 50% of what's injected so I decided to wait. I'm definetly at my 6 month mark to get fillers for her facial volume loss which after much research I understand the difference now between using fillers for a lift and using them for volume loss .. have you had a surgery yet or are you thinking about it
You look amazingly beautiful! I don’t even think you need any fat now. I think you look so young and natural. You don’t even need makeup. I am so happy for you! Congratulations.
