60th Year B-Day Present to Myself:
Deep Plane Face/ Neck, Lip Lift, Upper Blepharoplasty, Lateral Browlift, Nano Fat Grafting, Fractional C02 Laser
I'd been researching and contemplating this surgery for many, many years. Needless to say, you can see from my photos, I was looking and feeling quite tired and lack-luster. Over the years I did my due diligence and spoke with many many surgeons in both the Coachella Valley and Los Angeles, and read 100 reviews. I knew the minute I met with this team, that this was the place to have the work done. Dr. Chopra is a very kind, direct, and passionate artist/ physician. He prides himself on reviving your appearance with a natural looking youthful glow, never pulled, stretched, or overly filled. He is easy to communicate with and prioritizes his relationships with both his staff and patients. Rob, Amber, Courtney, Sam, Mari, my anesthesiologist, the nurses, and all the members of his "squad" are devoted to Dr. C and the quality of service at the clinic. I booked the surgery 5 months prior and honestly was so comfortable and confident with this team that beside the evening right before the procedure, I never once felt scared, nervous, or concerned. Even the moment I got there in the early am, he hugged me when I arrived, we prepped and I walked into the surgery room, laid down and went to sleep. It was so relaxed and gentle. I had several procedures and because Dr. Chopra is a perfectionist (which you want in your plastics person), the surgery was quite long..8+ hours. I woke up in the aftercare room with a dedicated nurse where I spent the night. She was lovely and attentive. Some recommendations: I looked at many photos of stages of the surgery to educate myself on what to expect (lots of swelling normal!!!), take your meds religiously (it wasn't really painful, just annoying because the bandages are tight and sleeping upright is taxing), I drank TONS of water and sucked on oyster crackers, I covered the bathroom mirror, didn't look for 7-10 days, and actually just last week I saw the pictures from immediately following the surgery, I bought a huge fabric hat which has been invaluable, and hired an aftercare person for the first afternoon and evening I was home, then my sister was with me for about 4+ days. You need to have someone to drive to appts, keep track of meds, help out so you can rest. So all in all, my experience was quite awesome, I'm thrilled, and I'm so grateful to Dr. Chopra for his devotion to his craft and patients, and to all his team for their kindness and expertise...Sorry Dr. C, I hope you NEVER retire!

You look beautiful and have a very natural result. I am hoping to one day do the same, even tho it's a little nerve-wracking that it's your face. I would probably need to do the same and cover the mirror for a bit

You are so right about Dr. Chopra. I went for a consultation with him twice, 2 years ago, and he was the most kind, nice, warm and amazing person I have ever met. Unfortunately I couldn't have the face lift we were discussed about due to a medical issue. I am still hoping I will get it done by him one day.
