Great Clinic, Great Doctor and Great Staff
WORTH IT
My first contact with West Aesthetics was with Batuhan (patient coordinator), who is a gem of a person, very efficient caring and extremelly helpful. Batuhan Also introduced me to Dr. Giray Genc who turned out to be absolutely brilliant. Before I left Ireland, where I live, I had an online consultation with Dr. Giray and I realised after talking to him that I would be in good hands, as I was a bit nervous to go abroad for the procedure.
I had a Deep Plane Face and Neck lift and Upper and lower lid blepharoplasty.
I took pain killers for a few days after the operation, but to be honest I never really suffered any pain, just some discomfort especially around the eyes in the first week but that was more due to the tape around the eyes than anything else. The tapes were removed a week after the procedure.
It's been just over 4 weeks now and I am still recovering and the swelling is gradually going down.
So far no complications at all.
When I got to Istanbul, another patient coordinator called Yusra looked after me, as Batuhan had other commitments .Like Batuhan ,she was also very efficient and helpful and made my time in Istanbul run very smoothly.
Thank you so much for all the great care I got from Batuhan, Yusra and also Dr. Giray's great skills and professionalism and also to all the team at West Aesthetics.
I researched for clinics in a few countries like Hungary, Lithuania and Turkey, and I settled for West Aesthetics in Istanbul and could not be happier with the outcome.
