Did Different Procedure

I paid for and signed legal consent forms for a deep plane face and neck lift, but after complications, discovered Naci Celik only did a face and neck thread lift - a procedure that costs a third of the price.
I am deformed. As he didn’t remove any skin ( as he told me after surgery ) The loose skin from under my chin is bunching along my jawline. My jawline is wider and more masculine.
I can’t sleep without pain at night as I have at least 12 threads in my head.
I obtained the real surgery report from the hospital and it is completely different to the bogus one he gave me.
The surgery report said a thread face lift and mentioned using 12 threads for my face and neck. He also did a thread brow lift.
I have big white scars along all my collarbones from his lasers.
He has refused to negotiate a solution. I even resorted to begging for a partial refund, but he just ghosted ne.
I allowed him to video my surgery and he is now using my video at conferences to promote his new “Safe Lift, Thread Lift”
