Awake facelift - already see a 20 year difference on my face

When I started my research to find the best of the best for me, I realized this will be a huge challenge, and it was. There are many so called top surgeons but when you make your own very thorough research, they do have some negative reviews with photos where I would not trust them my body and never my face. After eight months of my digging through almost entire world, yes, world. I found out that US hasn't been the number one or two or even three in the world in plastic surgery. The risk to get out of the country is high; you don't have the insurance and protection in case something happens. The additional costs; flight, accommodation, hotel, clinic etc. I started narrowing my research concentrated on the US. Gazillion doctors and most of them have some mistakes in their reviews. Most of them are charging high consultation fee just to find out the surgery can be done next year maybe in June or July. Wasted money on consultation. Due to character of my work I cannot commit to any surgery between January-September. When I found Dr. Mansher Singh I got excited. It looked like he has the skills I was looking for but NYC was the biggest challenge. How to get there without additional huge costs especially knowing that doctor's office is on Fifth Ave. My entire trip, costs, accommodation, stay etc. was an adventure and I LOVED it. This doctor is not only a doctor, he is your friend! He is calling his patient himself, not any unfriendly assistant, not a secretary just himself and be surprised, he can text you at times when you need him most. He ALWAYS answers your questions, your concerns, taking away your fears. He is one of a kind. There's no doctor in the US like Dr. Singh and I assure you, take it to the bank! My surgery was fun, yes, you are reading right, it was fun! I was awake, didn't feel anything. The first night was bad, it's normal, it was a major surgery. You are taking meds for. The second night was much better and I went for a 4.6 mile walk. I went to see my doctor, was walking from my Airbnb to his office and back. As of today I am 8 days after my surgery and I feel fantastic. I am back home, exercising and ready for another surgery on my arms. Dr. Mansher Singh is a master in his art, he is very dedicated to his work and his work on my face was a masterpiece. I am highly recommending this doctor to everyone.
