Deep Plane Facelift - extremely happy with my results

I am more than happy to review my facelift procedure that I got from Dr. Jacono last year. I am an experienced plastic surgeon myself, who does a lot of facelifts. I have had the opportunity to take classes, read papers, do lab training and observe many other highly qualified surgeons that do facelifts. Of all of the techniques that I have seen and tried, I liked doing his deep plane procedure the best. It consistently gives better correction of the jawline and neck without looking “surgical”. The results look much more natural, without a pulled appearance, and long term seem more stable. Obviously one technique doesn’t work for every type of aging face. Regardless, as someone in the field, I could go wherever I wanted to, and I chose Dr. J. I have been extremely happy with my results and although there are challenges with traveling for surgery, his office has been doing it for a long time and have a lot of the issues worked out. I would not hesitate to send any patient or physician to Dr. Jacono and am grateful to him for his tireless efforts to show his techniques to other surgeons.
