Hello. It was really nice meeting both of you.. when I saw you for the first time I knew what you were going thru.... that's what I wanted to do was reassure you... that everything you are going thru will be worth it... My first week was really horrible... what you are going thru now.... what made my first week better was having the best Doctor ( Dr Singh ) he help me thru it... and what helped me during my first 2 weeks was my choice no one told me to take Tylenol PM... I slept my first 2 weeks.... the only thing that really helps is time passing.... It's been 6 weeks and my neck is still tight....but it's getting better because by my 4th week I was still very very tight with swelling and Dr Singh recommended I get lymphatic massages....which are helping with loosening my neck and bring down my swelling in the neck.... and remember we made the best decision by picking Dr Singh....... You saw the results at 5 weeks and thank you so much for the compliments.... I don't regret anything and I am so happy.... I can't wait to see myself in 6 months...... and I know how you feel by saying you are happy you met me and felt better... because during my first appointment after my surgery when I got to the office I saw someone one that looked and felt like me...we started talking and after I felt better...because I thought that I was the only one that thought they were dying...Lol... she said she died 3 times during her first 24 hours...Lol... it gets better.... just the first week is really bad..... feel free to ask me anything else to make you feel better..❤️

Ok I'm kind of freaking out. I had my surgery on May 20th and today is the 30th. I just have so much swelling and tightness under my chin. Is this normal? I see so many women who look much better by Day 10 and some women who go to work the 2nd week. I still look like an alien. There's no way I could go out. I still have so much swelling. I just don't get it. And my chin is always throbbing. Dr. Singh did tell me he had complications doing my neck, so my scar is abnormal and super big -- I'm hoping it'll all be ok. Any tips on how to get this swelling down? I've been using ice packs drinking detox juices, eating fuits and salads. Should I be walking more? Sorry for all the questions. I'm having a bit of anxiety.

It's been 7 weeks since my surgery and I still have tightness and some swelling... ask the doctor if it's a good idea for you to start Lymphatic massages... some ladies do heal quickly but us it will take more time.... you are only on your 2nd week.... too soon to feel better... keep the scars clean..I used peroxide... and scar cream as soon as you can.... this surgery was not easy I had others but this one kicked my ass..... I don't regret it and I would do it all over again to have the results I have now.... this surgery comes with side affects... depression....anxiety....regrets...end of the world....but those feelings will go away.... and you will be happy..... all I did the first 3 weeks was rest .... sleeping sitting up...... time is what will heal you... just know you were not the only one that took a long time to heal.... and remember we have the best Doctor......... I felt much better at 3 weeks....... keep it touch.....

Hi there!!! Sorry for not replying earlier. I had a very bad recovery - my scars turned into keloids. I was devastated & depressed. Honestly Dr. Singh is the best doctor & human being. He never gave up on me or brushed me off. It’s almost 2 years since my surgery and he is still working with me. He surgically removed them & treated me monthly sessions of steroid + 5FU injections & CO2 laser. But it didn’t work. So he recommended I see a radiologist/oncologist. 2 months ago I Dr Singh surgically removed the keloids on my left ear & I started radiation immediately after surgery for 2 weeks. And YES it worked!!!!! A full facelift can take 3-4 hours. Just my left ear took almost 3 hours because of my keloids and large lumps of scar tissue. Next month I’ll do my right ear and then the final step is the chin.
It’s been a long, exhausting and mentally challenging process. I really hope when it’s all over I can feel normal again and hopefully be brave enough to share my pictures.
Btw how are you doing??? I’m sure you look even more gorgeous.
