Flawless treatment and wonderful result

My initial consultation with Dr Ha was about a Face and Neck Lift as I had previously had a face lift with uneven results, and my face, jowls and neck were looking saggy and tired. He was very patient and caring, and exuded a quiet confidence about his skills,

After an examination of my problem areas, and the visible scarring around my ears, he suggested that the best result for me could be achieved by a Deep Plane Facelift. He explained that a Deep Plane Facelift differed from a ‘regular’ face lift by tightening the deeper underlying muscles that support the facial skin to give a more natural, more youthful appearance.

(By contrast, a ‘regular’ facelift would simply require further stretching of my aged skin to support sagging muscles, and MY fear was of a windswept, surprised look as a result -often associated with ‘celebrity’ facelifts.)

Dr Ha outlined the procedure, bruising, healing time and costs involved with a Deep Plane Facelift and also a Neck Lift. He thoughtfully answered all the questions I could think of with great care about My particular case with MY age, surgical history, bone structure, skin type etc. in mind.

I was impressed by his openness and thoroughness, and his willingness to take the time to advise me openly and honestly on what was a big decision. (He was so different to a number of surgeons I had previously consulted who were often arrogant, dismissive or as pushy as used-car salesmen!). After a couple of months and another consultation with Dr Ha to ask if my frown lines and sagging upper eyelids could be improved with a brow lift.

I decided to book the procedure, and have a Brow Lift, Deep Plane Facelift and Neck Lift together at the same time. Another couple of months waiting for my surgery date, and finally the day came and I was quite excited at the prospect of having the procedure, and I had total confidence in Dr Ha and his team to ensure I was well looked after and safe during my entire ‘rejuvenation’.

The next morning post-surgery Dr Ha visited to check on me and showed me my ‘new’ face. I was amazed!! Even with the bruising, the difference was remarkable! After 10 days the external stitches were removed, and Dr Ha’s needlework was so fine and precise that there were virtually no signs or visible scars. Since then my face has improved with healing and now, about 3 and 1/2 months post-op, I couldn’t be happier with the result.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommended Dr Ha to anyone considering these procedures, and his skill and pride in his work is evident in the results he achieves. He is an outstanding doctor and surgeon in every respect including his very charming manner.
