I rarely write reviews , however, I felt compelled to share my exerience with
Dr.Andrew Jacono. He is a true artist when it comes to the face. When I recently decided to undergo a deep plane facelift procedure, brow lift, fat grafting and a lower blep there was no question in my mind who I would trust.
As a registered nurse who spent part of my career working in plastic surgery, I have a unique perspectve on both patient care and surgical excellence. Dr.Jacono is not only exceptionally talented surgically, but he is also meticlous, professional, and deeply committed to his patients.
I am currently only three weeks post-operative, so I am experiencing normal swelling and healing. Even during this phase, Dr.Jacono has been consistently reassuring, attentive and available. Every question I have had has been addressed promptly. Calls to the office are returned quickly, appointments have been accomodated, and I have never felt dismissed or rushed.
One of the things I appreciate most is that Dr.Jaccono takes the time to explain the healing process and set realistic expectations. Cosmetic sugery requires patience, and he has been a steady source of guidance and reassurance throughout my recovery.
The level of care I have received from Dr.Jacano and his staff has been outstanding. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine concern for their patients has made a signficant difference in my experience. A special shout out to Harriet, Jamie and Luz.
Based on my personal experience, I would highly recommend Dr. Jacono to anyone considerng facial plastic surgery. His reputation for excellence is well deserved and I am grateful to be under his care during this recovery period.
