Disappointing Face Lift / Bleph

I do not relish writing this review so it took me a long time to do so. No one likes to have to give this kind of review. I cannot recommend Dr Malone for facelift or bleph. My jowls, which was my main problem, were not resolved and are terrible, see photo. Do I look lifted at all? Also, the inner corner of my eye has weird drooping skin. I could go on but those are the highlights. She had me wait a year and then said she would re-do lower face but I had lost my trust. I'm left with disappointment that doesn't go away. I'm not alone, I met another patient with even worse results, which made me realize I really need to write this review.
