I came to Dr. K after having had previous facial procedures, some of which had left me with issues I had simply learned (or was trying) to live with. A surgeon once told me that every cosmetic surgery has a trade-off, and for a long time I believed that was simply true.
After my surgery with Dr. K 2 1/2 months ago, my experience has completely changed that perspective.
I had a deep plane facelift with him, and he was also able to improve areas that had been affected by previous procedures as well as general aging. The improvement has been greater than I had hoped for. My face looks refreshed, balanced, and natural, without looking operated on.
Another major benefit for me was that the procedure was performed without general anesthesia. I was awake, comfortable, and the surgery took only about two hours. Compared with my previous experiences, this made the entire process feel so much easier and far less taxing.
What has amazed me most is how beautifully I have healed. At just two months, my incisions are already remarkably inconspicuous. Considering my past experiences with scarring, that alone has meant so much to me.
Dr. K is an exceptionally skilled surgeon with the artistic judgment and precision that are so important in facial surgery. I felt completely confident in his hands, and I could not be happier with the outcome.
For the first time, I feel that the improvement did not come with a trade-off. I am deeply grateful for what he was able to accomplish and recommend him wholeheartedly.
