Post-op Deep Plane Facelift Upcoming Birthday Vibes

It's coming up on 4 months post-op my deep plane facelift coupled with a smas lip augmentation & lateral temporal brow lift...&&& my 43rd birthday...

Before I go on, let me address "the age" factor...some may say I'm "too young" for such a procedure, but my surgery was geared towards "pre-rejuvination"...&& I stand by not being a fan of "injectables", not only for "personal" aesthetic reasons, but the potential  negative physical and/or health complications & of course,...as I've read,.. injectables can lead to a much more difficult surgery (& probably more costly)...so my thoughts,...why bother(???)...why try to put off the "inevitable"...SURGERY...only to potentionally "complicate" the procedure...& who knows what else (we've all "seen"...haven't we)???

My journey thus far...well the best way for me to describe it as...what seems to be, "MAGICALLY" watching yourself "AGE BACKWARDS"...IT'S AMAZING to witness (how??? did he do that???), EXCITING (what's to come??) ...& leaves you feeling so dame ENERGIZED (cheers to new beginning)!!!!! 

At such a young age...Dr.Jacono was not only my "first" choice, but being completely "blunt" (& please understand I do not mean any kind of disrespect and/or to be hurtful) but at 42...it was Dr. Jacono or simply,.. NOT GETTING SURGERY FOR SEVERAL YEARS...why???

Lets just say it...surgery is "SCARY"...it's "unpredictable"...each one is "unique" to every individual patient & who knows what can come up "during" the produce (despite all the "planning"...right???)...& in my particular case this needs to be "mentioned"...now, before I go on, let me be clear, this is based on my own understanding, based on my reading & basic "comprehension" of the material available to the gerneral public (basically, "anyone" who is not a surgeon)..., that said,...a younger, "tighter" face would be exponentially MORE DIFFICULT, with minimal room for "error" & then "recovery" (in the midst of surgery)...simply put...less to "work" with & less to "fix" with...&&& ...any "imperfections" would SCREAM at you (everyday)!!!!

So why Dr. Jacono(???)...well..I guess the real question is where to begin??? (my mind is spinning just trying to organize my thoughts...)

To sum it up... 

SIMPLY THE BEST....PERIOD!!!!!

Putting myself in Dr. Jacono's hands was not only "worry-free" aka "PRICELESS" (& I say this with no "cliche" intended and/or kissing butt lol) but I'm sooo very PROUD to say "I AM Dr. JACONO'S PATIENT"...a feeling that stems back from when I had my "revision" (my advice, get it done "right" the first time around) rhinoplasty about six years ago or so...which I refer to as my "JACONO ORIGINAL"...

The fact is (whether your "ego" allows you to actually admit it or not)...NO ONE has the seasoned skill, gifted genius, and aesthetic eye coupled with the "physical" ability to actually "BRING THAT VISION TO LIFE", as Dr. Jacono!!!

I may be going a bit off topic but, I feel the need to say "my peace" as throughout the years I have read some nasty, hateful & even out "stupid" comments over social media & as I, myself, in recent years have chosen (for personal reasons) not to be social media "interactive", I do keep my eyes open...so, now, I'm going to take this opportunity to "speak"...

Over & over I have read comments about "the cost" (please note I, myself, began saving for this sugery at 36)...I agree, it's "not cheap" (I had to say "no" to many "things" so that today I could give myself "this gift")...but, for those who have spoken "badly" (putting it kindly) of Dr. Jacono based on his "prices"...SHAME ON YOU!!!!!! As the saying goes...all people focus on (or more accurately "HATE ON") is "the shine"...but noone seems to pay proper (or "any", for that matter)..."RESPECT" for the tireless "grind"...the YEARS & YEARS & YEARS... of pushing, perfecting, breaking through barriers, revolutionizing, "literally" taking his speciality "TO THE NEXT LEVEL" (FOR US ALL TO BENEFIT FROM...)...& fyi...if you're wondering... yes(!!!) I've put the time in & done the "research"...I wouldn't "blindly" LITERALLY put my personal health and "identity" (it's "your face" after all) in someone's hands without "verifying" certain "facts"...

Furthermore, I've read comments referring to "T-shirts" as examples...one with a designer name & the other without used as comparison to try to INSIGHT "hate" against certain surgeons...stating that both t- shirts are the same "quality" despite their "labeling"...& my only thought was...what kind of a "FOOL"(???) would "say" that, and who(???) would actually give it any "merit"...

Let me give you a comparison (but, before I begin, let me STRESS I do NOT feel comparing "objects" to a "human body" should ever be done but...for "shits & giggles" here goes...)

True story:

Two condo buildings are being built, within the same area, simultaneously...both look "good" on the outside (one definitely has an aura of "finesse") but, both undeniably "look" good...the "factual" differences ..one is being built by an educated, licensed, basic contractor, designed by an educated, licensed architect...the other by a well known, established contractor who has time & time again delivered consistent, solid & "SUSTAINABLE" results (read that again)...designed by an award winning architect known for his "signature" style...

Just wondering...any preferences?... remember, ..both buildings "look"...good...

Now, let me explain where I feel the real "INVALUABLE" difference can be found...it's tucked away within the walls of the building...the "things" that we cannot "see" (and probably most of us don't fully "understand")...right(??)...the difference between a building that will be standing strong for YEARS...verses...the one that may find itself encurring complication after complication due to lack of proper experience, skill, talent & possibly even true genuine "care"...(on a side note...I wonder if the building that's falling apart on the "inside" still look's as "good" on the "outside"...hmmm??...(that said, I do have to "admit".. going back to the t-shirt...I DO agree...both "are", in fact,.. EXACTLY THE SAME!!!!!..I think we all get that???)

With that, in my opinion, "weak" comparison as I once again STRESS the "immeasurable differences"...do you think there is anyone who can "perform" the EXTENDED deep plane facelift, more "PERFECTLY, SKILLFULLY & AESTHETICALLY BEAUTIFULLY", then the one who first "dreamed it"...& then,...through (what must have been) relentless, tireless, probably obsessive, laser focused WORK...PHYSICALLY "BREATHED" IT TO LIFE...in turn, as I've read over & over & NOW CAN COMFIRM.... EMPOWERING human beings to TAKE BACK THEIR YOUTH?!!!!! Hmmmm...???

As my birthday approaches (& we all know, dependant on our individual personal journeys, they can be "tough"...)...but, THANKS TO DR. JACONO, this one, is not only filled with "happiness" but wrapped up in an all new kind of "empowerment"...this birthday, I will "look" myself in the mirror & pat myself on the back for finding the "courage" to take "control of my life".. to live on "my terms"...to believe in myself & my future, enough to "take action"...I'm not giving up "on life"...

I hesitate, as its difficult for me to get overly "personal", but my own journey of "healing" began several years ago...stemming from years of (let's call it "self-worth" issues, for reasons I will not get into)...

Do you know what it's like to look at yourself in the mirror & "hate yourself"...while "pretending" to the surrounding world & even sometimes to yourself that "all is perfectly dandy"..?? It's TERRIFYING how carrying that kind of "internal demon", worsened by the pressure to "keep it all INSIDE" finds ways of poisoning so many aspects of ones life...the "hateful things" you may "DO" to yourself & the "hateful things" you may "ALLOW" others to do to you...let me say...the road to "true healing" is far from "pretty" & is made up of MANY FALLS, TWISTS & PAINFUL REALIZATIONS...

Now...read this carefully as it will "explain" what must seem as a very "defensive" response to certain attacks I've read online...my journey of "healing" was IGNITED by the care, compassion, & kindness that if you truly "know" Dr. Jacono,..you know is REAL, GENUINE & SELFLESS...it began with me, after so long finding, not only the "courage", but somehow "feeling" (thanks SOLELY to Dr. Jacono) that I was "SAFE" enough to speak of "why" I may have needed my nose "fixed"...finally opening up about "stuff" that I physically could not and (this may sound strange) but didn't even know "how" too speak of...with NO EXAGGERATION ....IT TURNED MY LIFE AROUND...(...saved my life...)

As a surgeon, Dr. Andrew Jacono is a "force all unto himself"...but, as a human being,...he's almost, "TO GOOD TO BE TRUE"...(almost...cause he's REAL!!!!!..)

For those of you who are eager & quick to callously critize & critique "assuming" plastic surgery is all about "vanity"... we all know, that's all just about "HATE" (ain't got no time for that shit)....from me to anyone who's found & acted on the "courage" to take control of your life....here's a MASSIVE CONGRATS TO US!!!!!!!!
