Scarring in the hairline continues to improve and is barely visible 11 weeks post op. I’m so elated. I have a history of hypertrophic scarring in certain areas so this was always a concern for me. Dr Nakhdjevani made the stitches so small and neat and I feel this attention to detail is why my scars are so minimal at this early stage. Still a little redness to the ears but scar hidden inside the ears. Scar behind the ears is improving. I’m regularly massaging them to keep them supple. I cannot emphasise enough that I have NO REGRETS. It’s transformational and has changed me as a person. I’m so much more confident. Thank you,thank you, thank you, to the amazing team at Bella Vou.

A Truly Talented and Gifted Surgeon with an Exceptional Team and Beautiful Clinic
Quick Review:
If you want the abridged version of my review, I’d say Dr Amir Nakhdjevani has delivered results way beyond my expectations.
I had Dr Nakhdjevani’s trademark ‘concept face lift’ and deep plane neck lift. The entire process from start to finish has been a thoroughly positive experience. It has boosted to my confidence, given me a new lease of life and now I only have one regret. I wish I’d done this sooner!!

If you’re like me and want to know every little detail before you make the big decision, please read on.
The venue. Situated opposite a beautiful pedestrianised Georgian street known as The Pantiles. The Clinic is immaculately clean, beautifully scented, stylishly designed, friendly, warm and welcoming. 10/10. Every single element of Bella Vou Clinic has been considered. Why does this matter?
Because, if they give this level of consideration to the Clinic, then it’s safe to say they are likely to give even more consideration to your treatment and aftercare. I can confirm this was the case.
My consultation was with Dr Amir Nakhdjevani, Lead Consultant Plastic Surgeon. My consultation appointment was on time and I was given sufficient time to discuss all my concerns and goals. I never felt rushed and Dr Amir N. answered all my questions to the full. He was personable and professional throughout.
The Staff
Dr Amir Nakhdjevani. An extremely likeable and highly skilled surgeon. Post Op, I can confirm he is an exceptionally talented surgeon that deserves all the praise and accolade he receives.
Behind every exceptional surgeon is an exceptional team.
Victoria. My lovely, funny, super-helpful Patient Co-ordinator. I had reason to contact her on a number of occasions prior to surgery and before my aftercare appointments. Efficient and approachable. Nothing is too much trouble.
Gabriella -My allocated Nurse during the procedure itself. Gabriella was lovely, personable, chatty and attentive to my needs pre op and post op.
Theatre Staff – Sadly I didn’t catch everyone’s name but I’m very grateful to them all. They kept me comfortable and safe during my procedure. Ravi my anaesthetist and the whole theatre team were all so lovely and kept my nerves to a minimum.
Nikki – My lead MLD clinician. Nikki was truly awesome. She carried out a number of manual lymphatic drainage massages on me post-op. This process reduced my swelling and kept inflammation to a minimum. I cannot praise her enough. She offered such excellent advice on everything to do with my recovery. We belly laughed during every session. A real tonic. I miss her already.
Aaron and Zak – Social Media Exec and Content Creator. Such lovely polite young men. They did their job quickly, quietly and without making me feel awkward or uncomfortable.
Catherine – The in-house photographer. Friendly and kind. I’ve always hated having my photo taken (until this procedure!) and she made me feel comfortable during the whole process.
Every single member of staff I have encountered has been lovely.
The Facelift. 9 weeks ago, I had the privilege of undergoing a facelift performed by Dr Amir Nakhdjevani. The experience and results have truly exceeded all of my expectations. My results are nothing short of remarkable, a true testament to his extraordinary skill and ability. My appearance is rejuvenated and looks very natural.
The stitches were delicate and beautifully-crafted, a work of art in themselves. I believe the precision of these stitches is why my scarring has been kept to an absolute minimum. Although it's still relatively early days, they are healing well. I work in the aesthetic industry and all my colleagues are amazed at the neatness of my scars. Having previously suffered from hypertrophic scarring this was a really big concern for me.
Medication. The Clinic provided me with plenty of medication and a very helpful timetable of what meds to take and when. I kept up-to-date with my medication for the first few days. However, by day 4 I didn’t feel I needed any more medication.
The Recovery – This has been surprisingly quick. Although I took 3 weeks off work but I could easily have returned after 10 days. I looked and felt fine. The swelling was kept to a minimum by carefully placed skin-coloured medical tape around my neck immediately following the Op and removed on the same day as my stitches. The M.L.D on weeks 2 & 3 also assisted with any swelling.
The aftercare – I’ve been so impressed with the aftercare. The M.L.D has really helped with my recovery. I’ve received regular 'follow-up' phone calls with the nurses and felt very well looked after post-op.
Parking – There’s a great little car park immediately behind the Clinic. You can pay via the APP displayed on the pay & Display machine, and extend your stay via the App. Not expensive and only a few minutes’ walk.
