The final result is just incredible

In early 2023 I took the bold step of having a full-face lift and neck lift from this esteemed and superb plastic surgeon. It is now 1.5 years later, and I am so pleased I went ahead. Frankly the results are so amazing, yet no one can detect any work has been done to me. People who haven't seen me for maybe a few months, look surprised and say wow you look great. To which I attribute to an extended holiday. The results are so natural. I was most concerned with the lip lift and any scar that could be visible or any slight pulling or sagging which could create a snarl or odd expression. I can totally go without any makeup to over the scar under my nose, if you can even say it is a scar, and even 20 year olds standing right in front of me cannot see anything. The healing process was long and difficult for me but without visible signs of bruising or swelling post 6 weeks. The numbness took a long time to come back at the sides of my face but now that is 97% returned. I was able to go to the hairdresser and even they didn't see the scars or notice them 12 weeks after surgery. Dr Greensmith is a master, he has an artists eye to make slight and oh so subtle tweaks to his operations, which other surgeons miss. Look up his oil paintings and you will see how he has a gifted ability for aesthetic refinements. For instance, just before the ear Cartlidge where he opens the face and pulls the underlying muscles up and back, there is a slight natural curve or indentation, Dr Greensmith takes the time to keep this subtle curve, most don't. It's a accumulation of all these expert differences minute facial contours that this incredible surgeon takes the time to keep in your facial appearance that elevates his work to the top 1% of plastic facial work I have ever seen. I only wanted a half face lift as I didn't want that surprised shocked eyes look, I have seen on so many faces post-surgery. but Dr Greensmith said I wouldn't be happy. I had to trust him, and I am so glad I did. Frankly the work he did on my face is better than anything anyone in Hollywood has had done. I do not need Botox or fillers. I look about 15 years younger than my age and last week a service person thought my husband who is 12 years older than me was my father. Much to my amusement and delight, yet my husband chagrin. I will not have any further surgery in my life this was a once off huge step, that is a huge decision. I had some other risk factors to consider. My total experience was excellent. Wherever you are in the world fly here and get this doctor to do your plastic surgery before he retires and takes up painting full time.
In addition all his staff were brilliant, professional, compassionate and understanding.
