Deep neck lift and fat transfer to the chin - changed my life

I am a 29 year old female who has ALWAYS been unhappy with my neck and chin area, even back to my childhood it was very obvious I carried a lot of weight in my neck area. It didn't matter it I was 120lbs or 200lbs, I always had a double chin and extremely lax muscles in my neck (thanks genetics). Anyways, from the moment I had my consult with dr.
