Active /Deep FX ruined my face

Still not better. The doctor finally saw me and to make me happy they have offered me several treatments of Medlite Qswitch which is another laser so I am a little concerned of this but this is what Dr,.Mack has suggested for me after seeing my skin. I have had one treatment so far and honestly it seems like my skin is worse but I am going in today for second treatment and hopefully she will be able to tell me if she thinks it looks worse or not before performing this treatment again.

Still waiting for some kind of help

I went back in to let her look at my skin and she said she had never heard of this happening to anyone but she would take pictures to show to Dr. Mack and get back with me and that was on the 13th of August and now one month later and still have not heard back from her. So I put a call into the doctor and now just waiting to hear back from him.

Deep FX Ruined my Skin

I went in for Active and Deep FX. The Deep FX was performed on my cheeks where I have acne scarring and also on my neck where I have deep lines and she said she would do a double pass. The procedure went fine all though I had a LOT of swelling which they assured me happens sometimes. I went home and the swelling got worse, so bad that I could hardly see. Over the next week it went down and the redness started to fade and you could really see the tiny pin holes in my face - all was said to be normal. In about 3 weeks I would say my face was back to normal and I thought looked somewhat better but I guess it was a couple months later that I noticed that I was looking not so great skin wise and I knew they said that it could take 3 or so months to notice the real difference and change from the procedure. So I gave it some time....3, 6, now 9 months later and I have horrible "orange peel" texture skin and my pores are giant and my whole face looks worse now. My acne scars are still there and I think they look worse but maybe its because of the texture of my skin now. I have not had any procedures done since but I now have an appointment with my dermatologist to seek help. I have called the med spa twice and still have not had a return call back but hopefully she will call back with some solutions to this to help me understand how and why this has happened to my face - very depressing!
