Five months

Doesn't seem possible...last visit to PS was September 11th. No longer required to wear spanx or any control garment and can wear underwire bras. Allowed to do any work out I want but let me tell you, core workout is still difficult and I wear spanx or surgical girdle for heavy duty workouts. Nothing has really changed except the fat nacrosis is gone. As I said before, I am not PERFECT but the results met my expectations. I am having trouble finding the right size and style of bra. Sometimes it is easier to just go without which has NEVER been an option for me. There is still some pulling and poking feelings at scar line under my arms and I still swell after a long day. Difficult to say we're my weight will end up. Most days I am at about 182. Trying hard to take off a few pounds whIle skin is still tight. Overall still pleased.

Almost 16 weeks

I have been off here awhile. Working wayore than I usually do. Causes crazy swelling. I still have the fat necrosis on the right breast. No pain, just a hard knot. Still wearing spanx garment during the day. Working out 6 days a week. Still no intense core work. Happy with the results. Am I perfect? Is my tummy crazy flat? No on both counts, but when I feel bad, I go back and look at before pics. I look 100% better and I feel so much more confident. No more long [RS bleep]'s at the gym, no more multi sports bras and I feel comfortable in ANY style blouse. Skin still feels tight and I am working to lose a little more weight. Anxious for the end of September so I can finally have 2 days in a row off which is what it takes to get swelling all the way GONE.

11 Week Check Up Today

Tummy tuck is a thumbs up. The discoloration and knot on the right breast is fat necrosis, which is what I suspected. PS says body "should do its thing" and absorb it. No restrictions, just keep doing what I am doing and come back in 6 weeks unless I have a problem. He says in 6 weeks if all looks good there will be no need to see me for several months unless I have a question or problem. Hope the knot resolves quickly. It doesn't hurt, I just know it is there. It sort of itches. Having a little trouble with weight right now but I think it is mostly still tissue swelling. I range from 174 to 180. When I see 180, I start freaking out! No new pictures today. Maybe in a month!

I heard he was the best here in town. I had been to see him regarding another issue in 2012, so knew what to expect. I done tons of research before even considering this plus I work in the medical field so I had fewer questions than most. He explained both procedures in depth and made sure I wasn't planning on losing another 40 pounds as my GP keeps suggesting (but never happens). His LPN is wonderful AS as well as all other staff. This rating is being posted prior to my 1st post op. If you are expecting a warm, fuzzy feeling, he may not be your choice but I wanted an expert and I feel that is what I got.
