Hey y'all! It's been awhile. I go this Friday for my final post op visit with my surgeon and I thought I would update y'all as well. I'm not going to lie, I have gained a few pounds :( but as you can see in my pictures I'm still very pleased with my decision to have this surgery done. It has definitely changed my life for the better! There is always going to be ups and downs when it comes to my weight but I will always be proud of my tummy :)

I like your belly button! My scar is around mine instead of inside it unfortunately, but still happy with it.

Wow! You look great! Question. How much of the incision will become permanent or is it expected to fully fade?
From what I was told it really depends on the individual. I tend to scar dark so I don't think mine will fade much more. But some people's is almost non existant after 4-5 years. And thank you :)

BIKINI :)

Found my bikini top for this summer. Now I just need to find a bottom that covers this big end and get my belly button pierced! ;)

6 Months POST OP! :)

In 4 days I will be 6 months post op! That's crazy to me, seems just like yesterday sometimes but then others I feel like I have had my new tummy forever. I'm finally feeling like this is the new me. This is my "normal" now. I'm still working at losing about 15 more pounds but if I never lose another pound i can still say I am so happy with my results!
