I've been wanting breast implants for as long as I can remember. I have always been a small chest girl. I have recently gained 20lbs and it has caused me to gain some in my breast tissue but it isn't nearly close to my dream boobs. I'm looking to get implants to give me that large round look. I guess you could say I'm not really going for the natural look but just the opposite. I haven't really done much research, because I've just gotten serious about actually getting them this year, and I have no idea where to start.

Hey there! I'm kinda close to you. I'm 5'5" and am 150lbs. I've decided to go with 600cc's. HP. under the muscle through a peri-arieolar incision. I'll be going in for surgery on Feb 18! I'll post up pictures as soon as I can of the after!

I am 5'6 125, my rib cage measures a 31 and was wear a 32 B. I am 2.5 weeks post op. I have 650cc in my right and 600cc in my left high profile silicone gel. I Wanted big and I'm happy with my results. I looked at 1000s of before and after pics. Right after surgery they were huge due to all the swelling and a little shocking as I never had good boobs to begin with. They are settling in nicely. One thing to keep in mind what looks good on one doesn't on all. I've looked at pics of women that look like they have much bigger implants than me and they are actually smaller. It depends on your anatamony and chest cavity. I went with high profile because I'm very petite width wise on top and for me with the cost being close to $11,000 it was go big or go home did not want to regret later not going big enough. This something I did only for me and my self confidence. I did not to this to be gawked at or to get attention from men as I have the best fiancé in the world. Good luck and keep us posted

Thanks. I just contacted a PS to schedule my first consultation. I'm naturally bottom heavy, I mean I have a huge ass where people often ask if I had work done. I feel I need something big to even me out and give me more of a curvy shape. And I'll be sure to post once I meet with him and see what he suggests

That's crazy that you say that because I'm in the same boat my surgery is February 26 I am by two I am about 5 to 53 about 148 pounds I want A full D I am planning on 450 mL of saline and hopefully each breast but you know once always bigger than the other

Hey Mandi in looking at your wish pics mine new twins(still doing the D&F) look a lot like your first pic. You'll look great my gap is wider than yours so you may end up right in the middle of wish pic 1 and 2 which is perfect because you don't want butt boobs:) I heard them referred to that similar to wish pic 2. I think you will end up with a great result

Thanks so much. And yes that's what I want something between pic 1 and 2. Granted I am about 40lbs heavier than the girl in pic 2 so they won't appear that big on me, and I'm not so sure if 800cc would work on me. I'm hoping really to get between 650-700
