2 Days till my Mommy Makeover

I can’t tell you how worth it this Mommy Makeover was. Dr. John Nyguyen is beyond skillful. The healing was pretty damn fast and my belief is how he performs the surgery but also the vitamins and Ciclefate cream in the aftercare he suggests. I love also that if your BMI is higher than what other surgeons suggest, he will do your surgery and make you confident like it did for me! I must say the 1st 2 weeks are a little bit rough but it was mostly my Breast Lift and a bit of the Lipo, which was upper abs lower abs, bra fat and most important was the flanks. He also did work on my pubic area and that looks great as well. I did have a minor separation under one of my breasts 2 weeks after surgery but he put a few stitches in and it sealed up within a couple of weeks. Now ya can’t tell and it under anyways. I couldn’t be more happy. Oh also, I have no dog ears on my hips.! I also can’t say enough great things about all of the staff at Sugarland Plastic Surgery because not only are they sweet and caring but they answer any silly question and are always there for you. I especially love Lea and April among Tina, Jenna also Operation Nurse Brett, just her!! Thanks Dr. Nyguyen for my 25 year old body!!

I am 4 days post-op from my Mommy Makeover. Last night I got to shower and take all the bandages off. The incisions look amazing! Dr. John Nguyen at SugarLand Plastic surgery and his team were so detailed. 

I did pay extra for the Exparel shot on the abdomen, didn't help that much. Honestly the 1st 3-4 days were like a pain scale of a 7-8 with Norco and a Muscle relaxer . It was easier the get out of my recliner and walk around the house and the mailbox. My PS wants me to use Avene Cecalfate only on my scars 2x daily for 4 weeks. I also forgot to mention that don't have any drains! He does a stainless TT!!

At 48 and after a large amount of weight gain then a 30 lb loss of 60 of the original after my Mom passed away several years ago. I'm ready to feel good about me again. I found Dr. John Nguyen on RealSelf and IG. He is a true artist!!See you in the flatter side soon.
