6 Days to Butt Implants

I have had 2 bbl, both which looked great to start, but over time I lost weight and lost all the results.
I'm 40 now and have butt sagging, due to age and possible both surgeries as well.
I decided to opt for implants, I went against filler since many many surgeons I contacted say they are too dangerous and can migrate down the leg .
I am well aware I need an actual butt lift, but I am not ready for half my back, to be in major scars, butt lift is quite brutal looking
I figured Id start my 40s with a nice bubble butt, for however long it lasts.
I figure Ill do the lift in my 50's , or whenever it may be time to take out the implants, assuming they will make it that far.

I AM very nervous about it, due to all the stories I have seen online, but lets face facts-- people who have good experiences- >don' t write about it, its always the bad experiences- that get written about!
I found Dr. Cen through instagram, while searching for glute implant doctors in istanbul, he seems to be a perfectionist from the reviews I have read so far, and seems to do glute implants often.

I am also changing my breast implants (ruptured!) and likely adding an eyebrow lift as well

I am hopeful they will be long lasting, and not too many issues

I can keep my healing process up to date depending how I feel after surgery, I paid extra to stay in the hospital for 5 nights since both boobs and butt - it is going to be intense recovery
