What skin care routine and products are you using post IPL?
I have really sensitive rosacea skin and am terrified of what my skin will look like, but cannot stand the red face, flushing and burning sensations of rosacea.

Hope you didn't do ipl. You're rosacea will be much worse . You're also sensitive skin type so you may very likely turn out like many of us : very red, holes , big pores , orange peel texture , wrinkles , fat loss , elastin loss , scars . Dehydrated , not dry and nothing can restore you . It was the worst thing ever and ruined my life completely , 1 treatment . You'll also get all kinds of discoloration . A year from now s happy person won't be so happy . Most rapidly decline in several weeks and keep going . Read the reviews of ruined faces and lives . Treat rosacea internally . Don't use any active products , none . Gentle washing eiyh filtered water only a few days a week and very light moisturizer with no actives of you must . Go read on the rosacea forum how many were destroyed by ipl. I didn't have redness nor rosacea but I sure do now. Your face will burn and itch and be miserable . You hsve an inflammatory condition , never use anything infksmmstury and ipl is 50 years of inflammation in 5 minutes , you'll with for the rosacea you hsve now as you watch your face fall apart . You need those vessels for circulation and to look youthful , kill those and you won't heal . I've consulted plastic surgeons and derms and this is what it Does. Don't do it

how many ipl sessions did you have? only one?
Did the orange peel texture resolve, I can see it on your cheeks in the photos you provided asking dr's if the coffee grinds are normal. A lot of people are happy to see dark spots leave and don't notice the swirls on their skin , every person has this orange peel texture , happy ones and destroyed ones , I wonder if some don't see it . It's specifically from ipl and laser but I see it on all ipl photos . Hope yours resolved , most can never get rid of it. It's in your after photo too

7 days after IPL

I just wanted to post a pic of what 2 days after IPL looks like & what today (7 days after) looks like just because I know I was really taken back when I woke up on day two & saw my face! It def takes time & I still have days to go. I had discoloration all over my face so it may have been more extreme, but the worst is wondering "is this normal" "is my face ruined." Will post final pics

Awe Good! The results are amazing! Just be patient & be very very gentle washing your skin & applying lotion & sunscreen.

It was painful during..it felt like a lot of bee stings, but after wasn't painful at all!
It was just annoying with how your face looks with all the marks and I had to work!
