Daxxify Dod Not Work and Manufacturer Price

I had 135 units of Daxxify on May. The first time doctor injected 50 units on the forehead . No result. I came back two weeks later and the doctor injected another 60 units into forehead and this time to the eyes.
After 2 weeks, I returned back and the doctor injected free of charge another 25 units. Again, no result. I was really suspicious that the doctor dilutes the product too much. I went back to her asking why she didn't dilute with 0.9% Sodium Chloride, but diluted it in bicarb and bacteriostatic water. She said "I add bicarb to make the injection less uncomfortable and painful and dilute with bacteriostatic water for the same reason".
I also have a question about manufacturer price of Daxxify. I found information that "Daxxify costs $12 per unit, and the price of Daxi is set by the manufacturer.
It’s important to note that pricing will not significantly vary between qualified providers; overly discounted pricing can be indicative of an injector's lack of experience or the use of an over-diluted or counterfeit product."
She has a price of $8/unit. Is it possible to have this low price?
