Dr. Goodman is not only knowledgeable in this area (he has written quite a few articles on this procedure) but also has the valuable experience from many years of practice as an OB/GYN. He was easy to talk to, took the time to explain the procedure to me clearly and completely, gave thorough instruction for pre-op and post-op care, and did my surgery splendidly without pain! I only felt some pressure on the stitched area during the few weeks thereafter but it was not really painful and definitely not intolerable. From my follow-up visits with Dr. Goodman I could see that he truly has my well-being, recovery, and functional improvement in mind. Dr. Goodman's office staff and assistants were also wonderful and pleasant in addition to being professional; before the surgery they gave me a protein snack to make sure I would not go into it with an empty stomach, and after surgery one of the staffs drove me back to the hotel even though I had declined thinking this was not necessary. I truly felt that I was receiving the best care possible from everyone there. Thank you so much to Dr. Goodman and all his staff!!!
