Well. My hubby just said he wants to send Dr Goodman flowers... his enjoyment increased tremendously since the procedure, his orgasms are really longer, many times stronger and he finds it more difficult to hold it back...(he always, ever since we met, had perfect control over his timing, so it's actually a disadvantage for me but so very flattering and satisfying by itself). He really loves both how things look and feel now. As for me- I have control of my pelvic floor muscles and vaginal muscle again, no stress incontinence whatsoever, sexually -we have to learn things anew because it feels somewhat like a different organ, I do believe I have some unreversable nerve damage from the childbirths, it's not as easy as when I was pre children nor as enjoyable but one can't expect to reverse time and damage completely, I have suffered significant damage giving birth. The bottom line is that my orgasms are stronger and many times the whole thing is more pleasurable. ( I think it will get even better as we learn the "new me" some more for example I never could climax from just penetration alone and now get pretty close, I think maybe someday I will).

OK 2 month post op - the answer to the sex question! and pics!

OK ladies, here are the saucy details you really want to know when you decide whether to do this procedure.
I did this because after 3 deliveries, I became lax and weak muscled. It was very difficult for me to obtain an orgasm, whether clitoral or my precious blended one, and when I did it was as weak as a fly sneezing, totally not worth the trouble and not really enjoyable.
Well - 2 month post op and 2 weeks of serious kegel exercising with the "Apex" kegel trainer my wonderful Dr. included in the surgical fee, and I have it back!
My husband and I had sex 3 times since I was "good to go" again. The first time was very painful. It was the most surreal experience, like being a virgin all over again and being with my spouse of 14 years for the first time. the second and third were less and less painful. I know it will be OK soon. I couldn't climax during intercourse because of the pain, but did have clitoral orgasms and they were real, strong orgasms. Maybe not as good as when I was 18...but they were the real thing and will probably get better as I keep strengthening my muscles.
I am tighter, my husband, who didn't feel it was a problem before, said at first it felt "somewhat tighter" but then admitted is certainly is. (I mean truly, he was barely able to penetrate the first time but then my doctor didn't make me extremely tight because my husband is well endowed). He also had, each of these times, the longest, on the verge of bizarrely long, orgasms - an unexpected and nice added value...
I am so happy I did it - definitely worth it!!!
Hope my review helps someone. And here are pics as well

thank you for the helpful review. i am interested in a labiaplasty but i was wondering if your doctor gave you a choice of labia shape/appearance. i don't mean to sound rude but i was surprised because your inner and outer labia, the whole area in general look exactly like mine even the colouring. i want the outer labia to be trimmed somehow.

Hi, my Doctor gave me a choice between trim or wedge, I knew trim would give me a better, pinker color but thought wedge looks more natural so I opted for that method. It looks better now I think, more healed than in the pic. Anyway, he did go over pictures with me and gave me a choice. The "outer labia" - if you mean the labia majora, that's another operation, most of the times women just have their labia minora operated on, but it is certainly done.

thank you for getting back to me. I see, he sounds like a good doctor. By the way, did he do the vaginaplasty in a way that leaves the ’roughness’ on the internal walls? From what i understand a section of wall is removed and the remaining walls are sewn up. i saw a few other users asking about this on another review but the OP didn't respond. Sorry for all the questions.

Hi, glad to be of help. the vaginoplasty involves a diamond-shaped piece of the vagina at the back side of the vagina being extracted, and sewing the edges of it back together tightens the vagina. It's a piece, not the whole posterior (back) wall that is removed. There is only one (correct and professional) way to do it, and there should be no change regarding the "roughness". And he is a great doctor on every term. If you have more questions I'll gladly answer.

That's beautiful. I had a hysterectomy in August and now need to correct a rectocele. (6 weeks out!!) I'm wishing I had gone this route first!!

OMG.. I hope my outcome will be just a great... had my surgery on 11/30/17. I’m happy for you

Hi Gene my questions is, does it only feel 4 inches to the entrance or does it now feel tight all the way to the back wall of the vagina? I heard that some doctors only make the entrance up to about 3-4 inches to your vagina tight and not all the way in

The tightening is always just the lower part of the Vagina, no one does it in a different way. I don't find it bothers me and I suppose the greater damage is in the entrance anyway during childbirth (that's usually where one gets tears

1 month post- already worth it
Gene HuntJune 19, 2017
Well it's 1 month post and I'm feeling great. Went to a local OB/GYN who simply admired the work Dr Goodman did and said "it's like looking at a work of art". He appreciated the fabulous delicate, accurate and aesthetic work so much, acknowledging it was done by a "master" at this field. I look like an 18 year old down there... husband and I love the looks.
It's hard to explain but it feels like everything is back in its proper place, all the pelvic organs. I don't have urinary incontinence at all anymore, I can empty my bladder fully (before I always had some urine retained that I had to "push" out). I wasn't aware but I was constantly constipated before and had to strain- now it's effortless and feels (pardon the details) that the rectum is straight again (which it is thanks to a successful rectocele repair the surgery included). My body feels like when I was before childbirth. And because my vagina is no longer gaping, or because of the Femilift or both, it isn't as dry as it used to be and I feel much more arousal, like when I was young. And I have muscle tone there! I am so happy already that I did it, so many advantages already, before I even find out what it will do to me sexually (and I have a hunch it will improve things tremendously). 4 weeks to go- we'll see...

Thanks or the review. Looking forward o the update. SO the price included the vaginoplasty with Femlift and repair of the rectocele?
June 27, 2017
Hi!
The price included the consultation+vaginoplasty+perineoplasty+labiaplasty+post op check up+the first Femilift treatment (I'll have to do the rest back in my homeland). The rectocele repair is an inherent part of the vaginal rejuvenation (aka vaginoplasty combined with perineoplasty) and was therefor included in this price. I also got 2 nights in the hotel paid by Dr Goodmans' clinic - they give it to all traveling patients. He gives a 50% discount on a second procedure. You can check his website for his fee policies.

O and because he's one of the few doctors that do vaginal rejuvenation under local anesthesia (he told me there was only one other that did it - I think he meant in all the USA but maybe he meant just the west coast?) - you save a lot not having to pay the hospital and general anesthesia bill.

The surgeon is the wonderful Dr Michael Goodman from Davis CA and I do feel tighter

Hi Gene,
I’m in the process of looking for the best doctor to preform vagi last rejuvenation and labiaplasty. I’m 39 healthy and a mother of 2. I am interested in Dr. Michael Goodman but am worried about the travel and time away from home as I live in vancouver bc. How many days do you think I would need to stay there to recover before I could do the 2/3 hour flight home to vancouver? Any information would be helpful
