Started back at my bootcamp workouts this week and all is well. Feeling completely normal....even doing pushups and burpees. Loving that I don't have any flex distortion.
I continue to feel frustrated with my right breast. It's not dropping and I'd think that for over the muscle implants, they'd pretty much be in their final position at this point. I have my 6 week on Mon so I'll be asking the dr about this. I also feel like it looks a lot smaller than my left breast....but that could be due to the positioning. I've also started to feel rippling in my left breast cleavage area. You can't see it but I can definitely feel it. Concerned that in time it will also show. I knew it was a risk going over the muscle, but thought we'd mitigated by using the firmer implant...the soft touch. Another thing I'll be reviewing with the dr.
Also, I got measured again and this time I'm a consistent 32D. I think I still had some swelling when I went in last time at 2.5 weeks.
My husband and I both feel like I should have gone larger. While a 32D sounds large, and definitely is considering where I started from, they completely disappear beneath clothing. I think implants sit differently than regular breast tissue. We are seriously considering doing a revision to a larger implant...hoping that maybe the 2nd go around they can also make the two breasts more symmetrical.

Hey girl!! They look great! I also did over the muscle and I'm so excited to get back to working out and not have the distortion either.

When looking at your breasts before surgery it looks like the right one always sat a little higher and maybe was even a wee bit smaller as well? That might attribute to the fact that it looks that way when they are larger? I think I may have the same issue with mine when they drop and fluff since both of my breasts just looked different before the augmentation.

All pain and discomfort are pretty much gone now. Thinking to go back to working out this week...definitely needing to get rid of a few pounds I've gained since the surgery.

My right breast continues to be stubborn and won't drop as nicely as the left. I'm really hoping this asymmetry gets better with time.

Also got officially sized as a 34C at Soma and at Aerie. I was previously a 32A.

Bruising's pretty much gone thank goodness. I asked my dr about the asymmetry and he said that's due to the way my rib cage is and my slight pectus excavatum. He told me during surgery they tried a larger size implant in my right breast but it would've overcompensated. Also, he said the right one is still more swollen so that over time, they should look more similar.

I'm starting to get more used to them but I do still wish I had gone up by about 50 cc's. I'm going to get sized tomorrow so it'll be interesting to note how much they've gone up. I still fit into my XS bralettes but they are really tight.
