Scoliosis!!!
So, I forgot to mention, when I went for my initial consult, Dr Rodrigues noticed that I have some scoliosis, which is PROB why I was dissatisfied with one side of my body more than the other. You can see it in my back photo. I had a big crease at my waist on one side due to the scoliosis, and Dr Rodrigues was able to kinda even me out a little
2 weeks later!!!
Here I am after 2 weeks! I still have a lot of swelling but I can see past that! The swelling is most noticeable around my waist and abs and by nighttime I look like a little blimp!!! It's all good - day by day, I see little changes- wheee!!!!

I compete in figure competitions, and for my last 2 shows I put on 15 lbs, to gain muscle mass. Unfortunately, a lot of it went to my thighs and flanks, and I'm not willing to drop that weight to get rid of it, as I'd look too thin. I went to Dr Michael Rodrigues from Body sculpture in Fort Lauderdale. I just had the surgery today, and am more than pleased with the experience. I have no photos yet, but if the experience there is anything to go by, I believe I will be more than happy with the results. I was awake for the procedure, which only lasted maybe a 1/2 hr. Zero pain during the procedure! In fact, we kept up a running conversation. After, I slept most of the day from the Xanax and the Demerol injunction I was given prior to the surgery. No nausea, no vomiting, and it had a nice dinner this evening. I'm in some pain now, like being badly bruised, but nothing a tylenol won't take care of. I will post photos in a couple of days when I can take off the faja. I also have to commend Diana, one of Dr Rodriguez staff members. So nice and so helpful! Ok, more to come, can't wait to see the results!!!

Dr Rodriguez took quite a while to talk to me. He examined my body critically , and in spite of what I wanted, he let me know what was more reasonable to expect. One he got me marked up for surgery, he did make some slight changes he felt would better work. He also mentioned that bc I have some scoliosis, that complete symmetry would be impossible. I'm happy that I was given a most realistic outlook
