I wish I never would have gone to him. He did a good job on my tummy tuck which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1, but I told him I wanted to be a cup size D, DD at the most. He warned me I could end up a DDD. I ended up a cup size "I'. Despite being enormous, they looked great for almost a year before they started sagging like crazy. One developed capsular contracture and had a seroma. I only found out about the seroma when I went to Miami to have the giant subfacial implants removed and replaced with smooth round submuscular implants and a full lift. I looked like a [RS bleep] star for a year and everyone knew I'd had implants since he made me a size "I". I'm not talking about vanity sizing from VS, in fact, all professional measurements at Dillards and specialty bra shops measured me a 34J. He did do a good job on my tummy tuck, so like a fool I went back to him a year later to have my tummy tuck extended to get rid of my back muffin top. I still have fat and extra skin, despite the fact that I have lost 10 pounds. Despite his repeated assertation that I am a "big person", I am 5'8 and weigh 150lbs at this time. I also paid for lipo of my bra rolls and there is a ridiculous amount of fat. I will say he did a good job on lipo of my mon pubis and my upper abdomen and a decent job on my upper arms, except for a large amount of fat he didn't touch where my arms meet my back. But the extension of my tummy tuck left me looking worse. I still have an obvious roll no matter what pants I wear and now have a 1/4 inch scar to go with it. I wouldn't mind the scar if he had done a good job on my extended TT with lipo of my flanks and my mid back, but he didn't. My back looks way worse because not only is it still just as fat, but now it is a lumpy fat. I never bothered to go back because he told me if I returned wanting more work he would refer me to a psychiatrist, AKA he wouldn't fix anything I wasn't happy with. I am so upset. I was willing to let the breast thing go and just eat the cost of having them redone since he did warn me I would have a "mature look", I just had no idea how saggy the word mature implied, and that I would be a size "I" when he said I may be a DDD at the largest. What I am most upset about is having a back with fat rolls and a back muffin top when I paid a lot of money to correct it, and it looks just as fat except worse due to scars and lumps, despite losing 10lbs after surgery. I've never even bothered to go to follow-ups this time or ask him to make it right because I know he won't. He will say I have to accept I can't have my 21-year-old body back. Which is fine, but if he knew I would still have a back muffin top after charging me to extend my tummy tuck, he should have said so. I also got a copy of my records and he was either confused or lied. He wrote I decided to go ahead with surgery because my back pain (that had prevented me from working for 5 months) had improved. This was totally not true, I decided to go ahead with the surgery since I wasn't able to work and wouldn't need to take time off of work. He also said he discussed the increased risk of lymphoma associated with textured breast implants (which he pushes on everyone). First off, I didn't even want anatomical gummy bears. I wanted round fake looking boobs but he talked me into cohesive implants, which were thousands more expensive. Later I found out that there is a link between cohesive implants and a rare form of lymphoma. I am a mother to a 2 & 4 years old, 1 &3 at the time of my BA. There is no way I would have ever gone with an implant that increased my risk of breast cancer when I have two young children. I also went with overs at his suggestion. Again, I never would have agreed to over the muscle since they interfere with mammograms if I'd known textured implants carried a higher risk of cancer. I feel like I was misled, whether on purpose or accident. I also feel that he had to have known he did a poor job on my extended TT and back lipo. When I called for my records, it took 3 weeks and Nancy who answered the phone was so rude she threatened to hang up on me when I said I was unhappy that it was taking 3 weeks when I had a legal right to my medical records. I spent OVER $20,000 at his practice and had to spend another $10,000 to fix my breasts with another plastic surgeon. Not to mention I have horrific scars from my extended TT that still left me with a back muffin top, the one reason I wanted the surgery. So now I don't look good naked from the scars, or in clothes from the fat rolls on my flanks and bra area. You are better off flying to Miami to a more eperienced surgeon. It is less expensive and you will get better results.
