Can't believe time has gone by so fast! I am more than happy with how recovery has gone and survived my first week at work. Still pain and swelling but nothing crazy. Just wanted to update quick and add a couple photos ????

I think I forgot to mention I did end up getting muscle repair so the recovery is a little harder than I had anticipated. I'm happy about I though because I felt like I needed the muscle repair so I'm glad it was done correctly if I have to get it done right?

I think the muscle repair is the hardest thing about this surgery. You don't realize how much you use your abs for EVERYTHING!!
