Hi,
Did tear trough filler 1 syringe 2 days ago and worried cuz really really swollen it was swollen right after the procedure and 2 days after even worse the injector said its inflammation and water retention????? And they suggest me ultasound and draining the area I'm not sure I want to dissolved it scared that it can be worse ...will attatch a picture

Yes it pulls water from our body and that is how it fills the area. I would have it dissolved bc it appears you are allergic to it which can be common. You should not have swollen like this! If you use filler in future use different type
