Amazing Results! Tear Trough Filler

WORTH IT
After carefully reviewing weeks and weeks of results of tear trough filler from several providers in the Austin area, I decided to go with Dr Khan. She provided amazing pictures of her eye procedures and I thought she would be great for my procedure. I was not disappointed. She was very informative of what was going to happen in office and I saw results the same day of the service. It took some time for me to heal, but everyone is different. My results turned out amazing! I would definitely recommend Dr. Khan for any cosmetic eye procedures, first, before trying any other injector. She's very busy but made time to check in and follow up with me throughout my healing process to make sure that everything was going fine. I will consult with Dr. Khan for any other cosmetic work I'm considering in the future.

Congratulations on your outcome! Thanks for sharing.

Your results are amazing! So happy to see how it turned out
You look amazing. I am in AZ so no chance of going to ur doc...
You look fantastic!
I have been told the same thing. In fact, there is a possibility of blindness from injections in the eye area I was informed I had never heard this before, but research did confirm this and so it scares me. Otherwise I would try it. I am considering lower bleph, but I keep coming back to fillers......
There is a risk of losing vision if injected improperly or without a strong understanding of eye and eyelid anatomy. As an oculoplastic surgeon, that is a region of the face I know REALLY well :) so that helps! Be sure to visit an experienced oculoplastic surgeon for best results with surgery around the eyes.
Thank you!
Hi and thanks for sharing. Your results do look better and show improvement but proceed with caution. It looks like you might have festoons like myself, and if so I've been warned NOT to inject filler in my under eye area.
Thank you for your concern. What was your recommendation after the warning to not inject. I did receive my service from a board certified oculoplasty doctor who did not see this as a concern for me.
Hi, these are not festoons. Festoons are areas of fluid retention lower on the face along the cheek bone, not on the lower eyelid. There is some amount of fat prolapse in the lower eyelid which may benefit from a lower blepharoplasty down the road. Everyone’s anatomy is different! Always important to see someone who is well versed in the ocular and eyelid and facial anatomy.
Hi..your surgeon confirmed that luckily you don't have festoons so that's good. My consults were with two PSs. One would not touch my eyes and advised only seeing an Occuloplastic surgeon, especially because of my festoons. A 2nd PS wanted to do the lower bleph with fat transfer. I'm still researching local Occuloplastic surgeons with proven results. Thus far I ve found 3 but all out of State. To fearful of Covid to travel right now so I'm just researching and waiting it out. I'll likely end up in either Beverly Hills or Tampa Fl. Best Wishes.
Best of luck with your search! We applaud you for doing your research wisely.
