My eyebags became more prominent and dark

Why right after I got my tear trough filler, my eyebags became more prominent and the shadows became more black?

I had undergone tear trough filler procedure the other day. The doctor told me the goal is to camouflage the shadows of my bags. But right after the procedure, I didn’t see any improvement of my eyebags. Instead my eyebags became more prominent and dark. The doctor used microcannula technique and injected HA filler (chaeum brand). I saw different videos and read about tear trough fillers and the results were instant. In the videos, they were able to camouflage the shadows of the bags. But mine, immediately after the procedure became worst. And the doctor commented after the procedure, I became haggard. What should I do?

It is probably just bruising and swelling from the injection. This is totally normal and should subside within a couple weeks. Taking arnica can help with the bruising and gently applying an ice pack can help with swelling. Avoid strenuous exercise for a few days, as this can exacerbate swelling. If things do not improve in two weeks, follow up with your injector.
Did you end up getting your filler dissolved? If not, have the issued resolved now that it's been almost a year?
I ended up getting it dissolved cos the doctor who dissolved it said that my injector went superficial and injected it at the wrong site that's why It was really swollen. I am now happy cos once the doctor dissolved it I was able to see the result after few hrs.
Thanks for responding! Did the dissolving cause damage to your skin or did your eyes go back to the way they looked before the filler?
Same happened to me, I look horrible....
