I understand not all cosmetic surgery is guaranteed. But ... no one should be allowed to not believe in making the patient happy in any way a doctor can . Trying to charge for his mistake is not kind at all . But my goal is to see the best nose dr and look even better . I have faith . For those who were scared by dr Newman we all should just pray for this man for he has no sense of compassion for us .

Possible open roof deformity?

Years later this is my result ! My bridge might have a possible Open roof, my Tips still drips and actually looks like my nose grew I still have a bump . It’s actually worse now ! Thanks doc Finally went in a few months ago and he wanted to redo it and charge me that’s insane completely insane wouldn’t even give some type of partial refund for his mistake awesome rite !

My nose is so bad and I don't know what to do legally ? I spoke to the dr but I just do not feel comfortable going back to him ans he also wants money to fix it. If anyone has any advice please help me out .

Hi I'm sorry your are unhappy but just wanted to say be very careful ..you still look like yourself ..if you feel your tip is long and you get it shortened / raised you might find you look very different and can't identify. This is a very real possibility as I'm currently trying to get my length back and it is not easy. I think you still look pretty and unless you are seriously depressed I would highly recommend you leave it alone it's so much harder to get length back.

Agree. I'm Sorry you're unhappy also, but you're not botched and your nose doesn't look bad at all. You still look like yourself and very pretty. I've had my whole infra tip and columella basically removed, over tucked and almost retracted. Nose too short, looks unnatural and I'm in way worse situation that I was before. (And this was a revision). Very few surgeons can rebuild. It's a slippery slope the deeper you get into this. I have so much regret and wish I could go back To my original nose, and now back to pre revision nose. Be careful. Also your nose is still thin and elegant. You could easily lose that :(

I think you look beautiful, and most importantly you don't look like you've had anything done. I guess you were going for a short upturned nose? If so, I personally don't think they look natural, unless you're born that way. Anyway I'm not just saying this to be nice, I'm pretty critical when it comes to faces lol. But for me the worst nose jobs are when the person ends up with a nose that looks done and unnatural, which is not your case at all. You're young and very attractive, enjoy your life and stop obsessing about your nose.

Looking back at your pics I do see the little bumps on your bridge. I agree that restylane could very easily cover them up. You wouldn't even need a full syringe. Where I live half a syringe costs about 250$. Also results typically last over a year in the nose. I still think the front view of your nose looks perfect though.

I agree with Sue1979 you are very pretty and your nose looks natural. Revisions are complicated and very few surgeons are able to make it better if not worse! Good luck and try to enjoy your beauty :)

as a person who has had a nose overly shorted against my wishes--in fact i went in for a larger nose, i feel you look amazing and would not know what a shorter nose can do to a face. my looks are not like they used to be. you are sexy and beautiful and lucky.

Dr. Daniel Delvecchio in Boston, Ma is skilled with your type of nose. My friend had a similar nose and he gave her a cute slight sloped upturned nose. Just enough. Not overly done. She was extremely happy. My nose before rhinoplasty was droopy, wide and long. My surgeon did a great job. Not perfect but overall it looks great. I feel bumps on my nose bridge but I can't see them in pictures. Our noses will never be perfect. We can have nose surgery after another. There has to come a point in our lives we have to say "this is good enough". It's hard but we have to do this if not we will never be happy. You are beautiful. I really wish the best for you. Research and interview different surgeons before you have anymore surgeries.

I’m relieved I found this site. I wish I found it earlier.. can you fill me in on your experience with Dr. Newman? I too had revision rhinoplasty last year and I am not happy. He did not shorten the length to what I specified. I am disappointed that I am being charged a significant amount for revision number three. I specifically stated that this was a once in a life time experience and could not afford to have any more surgeries, and that I wanted my nose shorten a significant amount. His reasoning on why he didn’t shorten it to what I wanted is because I wouldve looked “put on” and “fake” looking. I am disappointed. :(
