I had a pervious rhinoplasty done about two years ago, I only had my bump shaved but not much difference after. I was super unhappy for two years wish I just had a full rhinoplasty finally I went to go see Dr . Fredric Newman out of Darien ct. So excited because he also was going to fix my sinuses. Everyone at his office was soo super kind and the over all experience was amazing I am so very happy and it's only been a month since I had the surgery . He's an extremely talented man . As far as healing I was just uncomfortable but that's it my face feels very tight and soar still. Cannot wait I'm a year to see my full result. I advise especially in the case of a revision rhinoplasty. To go to Dr Newman and he is truly the Picasso of nasal surgery . So extremely happy thank you so much Dr.Fredric Newman love you ;)

Tiffany I think we all who did not like our nose are obsessed and see things other people do not see! Although I'm a person who always notice a persons nose as first but honestly I think you're a beautiful woman and your nose is not the first thing noticed when looking at your face. I hope you realize that other people only see a beautiful woman and do not focus on the nose as you do!

I'm not a doctor, but my guess is because he probably didn't shorten your septum (or if he did, it probably wasn't enough). I had a long nose that drooped down when I smiled and now I think my nose is still too short after rhinoplasty and it's been two and a half years. I thought my tip would drop but it hasn't very much. It no longer droops when I smile, either. My surgeon removed part of the caudal end of the septum and a few millimeters of my nasal spine and he rotated the tip.

my nose now still droops and looks the same if not worse now than before. I have since grew callus bumps all over the bridge of my nose or its an open roof deformity!?! I since than went back and the Dr. kind of shrugged me off like wait in time it might go away ? really its not its worse I seen an old friend and she was like WOW! Tiff did you break your nose ? like really. I'm so hurt, upset and confused.

Hii im so sorry to hear that happened? You seemed so happy when you initially got the surgery. Was it around 6 months into it, you started noticing the results weren't as good as you imagined, because for most people (myself included) THAT when they begin to notice things about it. Is there any legal action you can take against him, can you request for some compensation???? I think your tip looks good in the pictures hun, i think its the bridge thats not correctly done. Have you considered dermal fillers in your nose to help change shape?

Hi Tiffany I had my rhino & revision done with same dr as you and I'm sooo disappointed in my results also!! Everyone is telling me what a terrible job he did.. ( especially my bridge) I emailed his assistant yesterday and I told her what a terrible job he did.. I'm sorry that both of us had to experience this..

I too had revision rhinoplasty with Dr Newman June of last year and I just left his office in tears ... he wants me to pay a significant amount of money to correct the problem that I paid him to fix the first time around? I am beside myself :-(. what kind of experience did you have?

you look good but only you can tell if its a success that met your expectations....they never do much in revisions thats why they suk..mine got wider! Im going for a 3rd!
