Love It - Got Exactly the Results That I Wanted - Darien, CT
This was my first experience with Dysport. I have...
This was my first experience with Dysport. I have tried Botox a couple of times maybe 2 or 3 years ago and that was also good, but I was going to a different physician ( I saw a plastic surgeon this time, the previous 2 times I saw a dermatologist) and he had Dysport. He told me it is the same medication just a different manufacturer so that was fine with me.
I was injected in my forehead to address one horizontal line that really bothered me. He did a couple of "pokes" above the line and then a smaller dose just above each eyebrow, really almost in the outer eyebrow itself he said to add a little lift in that area.
Well, I am very pleased with the results. We used a very very small dose - I asked for that because I figure you can always add more but obviously can't take away... and it was just enough. It has been about 2 1/2 months and I have noticed a teeny bit that the line is just starting to come back. I will definitely do it again in a month or two once I feel like the line is more visible. Maybe the line is coming back a little faster than with Botox, but I can't say that for sure.
Oh, I love it when people share their Botox vs Dysport stories with us! Its always so interesting to hear the differences people experience. Of course in your case there is also a different injector, so that could change things up as well, but I'll be looking forward to hearing more of your thoughts on Dysport. :)
