WORTH IT
I knew I had gone too far in life to make a significant change to my health and body just by exercising every day and walking. I was willing to do the work if someone could help me jumpstart living again.
My experience has changed me inside and out.
I can breathe again something I did not have the ability to do before. I can walk and exercise. The amount of fat that had made its way around my abdomen all the way up to below my breast is gone.
I have improved self control and confidence.
Dr. Bansill, who encouraged my change in life and eating habits has helped me promote a whole new lifestyle and body change.
My husband and children are constantly reminding me how much happier I am and how much I've changed.
My decision to seek change, was not just about my body, but my ability to take control of my body. I'm glad I didn't wait for one more pound or inch to be added to my broken body and figure.
